Jaggesh is an Indian politician, film actor, director and producer, who works in the Kannada film industry. He is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from Karnataka since 2022 and the spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka.
Belli Kalungura is a 1992 Indian Kannada language film directed by K. V. Raju, starring Sunil and Malashri. The supporting cast features Tara, Chi. Guru Dutt, Avinash, Doddanna, Rockline Venkatesh and Girija Lokesh. The music was composed by Hamsalekha, also writing lyrics to four of its soundtracks. The film was a success during its time and is seen as a milestone in the career of Malashri, who would go on to appear in many successful films in the 1990s.

The film was dubbed into Hindi as Aandhi Aur Toofan in 2009 by Wide Angle Media Pvt Ltd and into Telugu as Eela and released on 26 July 2013.

The film produced by Sudha Srinivasan for S&S Cinemas was directed by Chikkanna. The film was based on the Bollywood film, Gopi Kishan which itself is a remake of the Tamil film Avasara Police 100. The then popular comedian Sarigama Viji who also played a supporting character penned the dialogues. The film has a musical score by Rajan–Nagendra.

Moosa (2003), the film stars Jaggesh and a Labrador named Dala with Mayuri, Komal, Rangayana Raghu, Avinash and Srinivasa Murthy in supporting roles. The title of the film is an acronym of Eerenahalli Shankaregowda, the name of the detective agency that Jaggesh's character Shankar owns.

The film's soundtrack was composed by S. A. Rajkumar. It was released on 7 December 2001. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Darling Darling (2000) and was a box office failure.
