Path is a 2021 silent short film directed by Pradip Kurbah. ^{[1] [2]} The film depicts a love story that blossoms out of pandemic, narrating the life of people living in the border areas, and is shot in monochrome. ^[3] It got official selections at 44th Drama International Short Film Festival 2021, Greece; Beijing International Short Film Festival 2022; 14th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala and 9th Kraljevski Filmski Festival, Serbia. ^{[4] [5] [6]} A screening of the film was held at St. Anthony's College, Shillong on 15 May 2022. ^[7] The film was premiered at the 2nd Eikhoigi Imphal International Film Festival 2025 in the Eikhoigi Montage strand. ^[8]

Reception

Dipankar Sarkar of North East Film Journal wrote, "Path is a touching and plaintive drama that has been expertly filmed with unfailing empathy. With a keen and precise narrative design, the film conveys the tenacious spirit of a middle-aged man under harsh circumstances with sensitivity, minimalism, and control." ^[9]
