Pedro Agulto Tenorio, who is often known as Pete A. Tenorio, was the Resident Representative to the United States from the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). He is a member of the Republican Party, and was elected to the office first in November 2001 and again in November 2005. He was the second Lieutenant Governor of the Northern Mariana Islands from 1982 to 1990.

The 2022 Northern Mariana gubernatorial election will take place on November 8, 2022 to elect the governor of the Northern Mariana Islands and the lieutenant governor of the Northern Mariana Islands to a four-year term in office. In the Northern Mariana Islands, if no candidate receives 50% of the vote in the general election for a statewide office, the two highest-placing candidates will advance to a runoff election.
