Pelican / Mono is a split album by the Japanese band Mono and the American band Pelican. The 4,000 copies of this LP that were produced are limited to vinyl. [1] In December 2005, American webzine Somewhere Cold voted Pelican / Mono Vinyl Release of the Year on their 2005 Somewhere Cold Awards Hall of Fame list. [2]

Seven Swans is a folk rock music album by Sufjan Stevens, released on March 16, 2004 on Sounds Familyre Records. It is Stevens' fourth studio album and features songs about Christian spiritual themes, figures such as Abraham, and Christ's Transfiguration. The songs are primarily "lush acoustic compositions" with Stevens' banjo. It was recorded and produced by Daniel C. Smith, Sufjan's close friend. The album was released on compact disc by Sounds Familyre Records and vinyl LP; the vinyl was released by Burnt Toast Vinyl.

Cult of Luna is a Swedish post-metal band from Umeå founded in 1998. They are known for post-metal music similar to the contemporary bands Neurosis and Isis. The band was signed to Earache Records in the early 2000s and released five albums, including the commercially successful albums Salvation (2004) and Somewhere Along the Highway (2006). After an extended period of inactivity, Cult of Luna returned with its Indie Recordings debut Vertikal (2013) and companion EP Vertikal II (2013), both drawing inspiration from Fritz Lang's 1927 film, Metropolis. In 2016 the band released their space-themed collaborative album, Mariner, featuring American vocalist Julie Christmas.
Stars of the Lid is an American ambient music duo consisting of Brian McBride and Adam Wiltzie. The duo formed in Austin, Texas in 1993. Murderer is a 10" EP by Duluth, Minnesota slowcore group Low, released in 2003. Limited to 2000 copies worldwide. 1000 numbered copies on black vinyl in the US, 500 copies on translucent red colored vinyl (numbered) in Europe, and the final 500 copies on clear vinyl, to be sold in a boxed set once the series of Vinyl Films 10" releases is completed. In addition to the 2000 declared copies, there exists "promotional" copies that were pressed on dark red/black swirl. The art for this record is by Duluth, Minnesota photographer Jason Huntzinger.
Hvarf/Heim is a compilation album by Sigur Rós. Its original CD release comprises two discs: Hvarf contains studio versions of previously unreleased songs, while Heim contains live acoustic versions of songs already released. The songs on Heim are the same recordings found in the documentary Heima. In 2008 EMI released a single-disc version in which Heim is simply tracklisted to follow Hvarf. In 2012, the albums were issued on vinyl for the first time to be sold on Record Store Day.

Sennen are an English alternative rock band from London. Formed in Norwich, England, in 2002, the current line-up consists of Larry Holmes, Rich Kelleway, James Brown and Tim Kelleway (bass). The band's uncorrupted, oddly schizophrenic style has won them a loyal following across the world, and seen their music appear on hit US TV dramas such as True Blood and One Tree Hill. The band are named after the Ride song "Sennen", originally released on the Today Forever EP.

God Is an Astronaut is a self-titled studio album by Irish post-rock band God Is an Astronaut. It was released digitally on November 1, 2008. It was released on CD on November 8, 2008, through Revive Records. It was released on vinyl LP by Morningrise Records and in Japan, with bonus live tracks, in 2009. The album was mastered by Tim Young at Metropolis Mastering in London and produced by the band.
Temporary Residence Limited is a Brooklyn, New York-based record label. TRL was started in Louisville, Kentucky in 1996 by Jeremy DeVine, and initially concentrated on releasing music by Louisville-based bands. DeVine moved to Baltimore, Maryland in the late 1990s to attend the Maryland Institute College of Art, but dropped out to concentrate on running the label by the end of the decade. DeVine later moved operations to Brooklyn, New York.
