Planet Television was a local television station based in Tirana, Albania and was affiliated to Kristal University.
The station was reported as having gone bankrupt in 2012 due to a major diploma mill scandal at the university. [1]

CBGB was a New York City music club opened in 1973 by Hilly Kristal in Manhattan's East Village. The club was previously a biker bar and before that was a dive bar. It was established in 2005 with decision no. 761 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science. It was closed in 2014 by the Ministry of Education for failing to comply to legal requirements.
