Pradharshini is the annual intercollege Cultural festival held at Kilpauk Medical College, one of the premier medical colleges in Tamil Nadu, India. It has been held every year since 1986. It is usually held in the last week of September for 3 days and 4 nights. Pradharshini is considered as one of the biggest cultural festivals of South-India and the biggest conducted by any medical college.

Pragyan, NIT Trichy is the technical festival of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Since its inception in 2005, it has been held every year over a period of three and a half days during the months of January, February, or March. Every year, participants from a number of colleges across the country take part in various events conducted as a part of Pragyan, making it one of the largest techno-managerial fests in India. It is also the first student-run organisation in the world and the third overall, next only to the London Olympics and Manchester United to get an ISO 20121:2012 certification for Sustainable Event Management. Festember is a cultural festival organised at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NITT). It is a 4-day event held annually in the third week of September. It was first incepted in 1975 by then students of NITT, and has now evolved to be one of the largest cultural festivals organised by a student community in Southern India. With humble beginnings as a fest with zero rupee budget allocation, it grew rapidly with sponsorships and collaborations. Initially introduced in 2009 as an intra-college festival, a year after the foundation of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, the fest grew into a national level college cultural fest with participation from more than 50 colleges across India with footfall around 8000. Pearl hosts a variety of cultural events and competitions which include music, dance, literary, photography and quizzing. The fest also hosts talks and pro-shows with celebrities and bands of national and international renown appearing and/or performing during the fest in the 9 years since its inception.

Moksha, the annual cultural festival of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), started in 2003. It is organised in the month of March. Moksha is a three-day national cultural extravaganza held at NSUT every even semester of the academic year of the college, with the most popular events being Hasya-Kavi Sammelan, FahreChoreography, Fashion show, Pop Show, Rock Show and the Star Night amongst others. It is considered to be one of the biggest cultural fests of New Delhi and attracts sponsorships from top corporate houses of India like TCS, Intel and Airtel. SpringSpree, sometimes written as Spring Spree and popularly known as Spree, is the annual cultural festival of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. Soon to be in its 29th edition this cultural fest has the distinction of being one among the largest cultural fests of South India. With a footfall of around 10,000 and participation of around 600 colleges and increasing this fest has come a long way from its humble inception in 1978. Spring Spree today has an impressive array of events to cater to every possible personality. It covers every possible genre in music, dance, literature, art and gaming. Also an important part of this fest today are the workshops on subjects ranging from ethical hacking to the basics of a guitar. Also this fest has stepped up with time to include the celebs of the day. Some of the prominent personalities who have visited the campus during this very fest are Suraj Jagan, Suchitra, Sobhita Dhulipala, KK, Shobha Naidu, Baiju Dharmajan, Naresh Iyer and Stephen Devassy. The themes of Spring Spree have ranged from Renaissance, Rubaroo India, Carnival, Fantasia and World Fest for the year 2015.

Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College Indian medical college

Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College is a Tamil Nadu government medical college established in 1986. The college is in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, and is named after former Iron and Steel Minister of India Mohan Kumaramangalam. It is recognised by the Medical Council of India. The school enrolls 100 MBBS and 102 postgraduate medical students. Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Nursing College is situated on the campus in a separate building.

Arjun Menon is an Indian playback singer and songwriter based in New York City and London. He has sung for music directors including A.R. Rahman, Harris Jayaraj and G.V Prakash. Karavaan is the annual socio-cultural science fest of the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune. The name stems from the notion of all IISERs moving forward as one. The fest attracts students from colleges all across Pune, as well as national institutes all over India. It is a 3-day fest, held either in October or November in the Fall semester every year.

Anthony Dasan is an Indian folk singer, who is currently working in the Tamil film industry. He is known for contributing a powerful voice to fusions of Tamil-folk, country, jazz, electronica and rock styles. Before this phase of playback singing, "Antony Dasan" worked as a travelling festival folk singer artist, collaborating with players of Nadaswaram, Thavil and Thappu, dancers and acrobats among others. He has performed with influential movie industry veterans such as Usha Uthup.

Riviera is the Annual International Sports and Cultural Carnival of the Vellore Institute of Technology. It is an International 4-day event that consists of sports competitions, social and cultural events along with concerts.
