Pratima Aur Paayal is a 1977 Indian Hindi-language film starring Rita Bhaduri and Sachin Pilgaonkar.
Prabodh Chandra Dey, known by his stage name Manna Dey, was an internationally acclaimed Indian playback singer, music director, musician and Indian classical vocalist. As a classical vocalist, he belonged to the Bhendibazaar gharana. He was trained under Ustad Aman Ali Khan. He is considered one of the most versatile and celebrated vocalists of the Hindi film industry. He was one of the playback singers credited with the success of Indian classical music in Hindi commercial movies. He debuted in the film Tamanna in 1942. After the song "Upar Gagan Bishal" composed by S D Burman he saw success and went on to record more than 4,000 songs till 2013. The Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri in 1971, the Padma Bhushan in 2005, Padma Vibhusan in 2012 and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2007. He also conferred with the foreign awards including Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the Government of France in 1985.
Parineeta is a 1953 Indian Hindi-language drama film starring Ashok Kumar and Meena Kumari, based upon the 1914 Bengali novella of the same name by Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The film was directed by Bimal Roy. This version of the film is considered by many to be the most faithful adaptation of the novella, particularly due to Meena Kumari's interpretation of the role of Lalita.

There are 2 lovely songs in the movie, "Nahin chahiye heere moti na dhan daulat ki shaan", A very rare devotional song by K.J. Yesudoss and Chandrani Mukherji. Another beautiful song is Kishore Kumar's "Pyar mangha hai tumhese na inkar karo". The story is about a college girl who is cheated and raped by her lover. She files a case against him but could not punish him, because she needs proof. Her elder sister, who is a lawyer, tries to collect the evidence, but is caught by the villain, and when he tries to rape her, the college girl who was seeking vengeance for destroying her future, shoots and punishes him in the climax of the movie. The role of the college girl is played by Rita Bhaduri and her sister by Bindiya Goswami. The playboy villain is Sudhir.

Sant Ravidas Ki Amar Kahani is 1983 Indian devotional movie based on renowned saint Ravidas, directed by Babubhai Mistri, with music by Chitragupt. Ravidas was a North Indian Sant mystic of the bhakti movement who was active in the 15th century CE. Venerated in the region of Uttar Pradesh as well as the Indian state of Maharashtra, his devotional songs and verses made a lasting impact upon the bhakti movement.
