Quantico is a town in Prince William County, Virginia, United States. The population was 480 at the 2010 census. Quantico is approximately 35 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., bordered by the Potomac River to the east and the Quantico Creek to the north. The word Quantico is a corruption of the name of a Doeg village recorded by English colonists as Pamacocack.

Piti is a village located on the central west coast of the United States territory of Guam. Marine Corps Brig, Quantico was a Level I facility military prison operated at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Quantico, Virginia from 1972 until December 31, 2011. The building was located in eastern Stafford County, south of the base headquarters.

Alconbury Middle High School is a publicly funded high school located in Alconbury, England, operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). It is a U.S. publicly funded school, and all schools within DoDEA are fully accredited by U.S. accreditation agencies. It is not funded by the HM Government's Department for Education and is not open to British Citizens and British Nationals. It mainly serves families of USAF personnel based at RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth. It is one of three DoDEA school communities that still exist for families stationed in the United Kingdom.

Its current superintendent is Thomas Taylor and has 30,086 students currently enrolled in its 17 elementary schools, 8 middle schools and 6 high schools. DoDEA benefits from having small campuses (Quantico Middle/High School has about 300 students in grades 6-12), smaller-than-average class sizes and a highly qualified teacher workforce.
