The Queen Anne's Bounty Act 1706 ^[a] (6 Ann. c. 24) ^[c] was an act of the Parliament of England. It is one of the Queen Anne's Bounty Acts 1706 to 1870. ^[1]

Subsequent developments

Section 6 of the act was repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1887 (50 & 51 Vict. c. 59).

The whole act was repealed by section 6 of, and schedule 2 to, the First Fruits and Tenths Measure 1926 (No. 5).

Notes

1. The citation of this act by this short title was authorised by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Short Titles Act 1896. Due to the repeal of those provisions it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
