War of the Worlds (2019) was a four city, four event professional wrestling tour co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions.
The cards took place on May 8, 2019 at Buffalo RiverWorks in Buffalo, New York, May 9 at the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto, Ontario, May 11 at the DeltaPlex Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and May 12 at the Odeum Expo Center in Villa Park, Illinois. The first three nights aired live on Honor Club and Fite.tv, while the fourth night was taped for four future episodes, including the 400th overall episode, of ROH's weekly television program, Ring of Honor Wrestling .

During a tag team match between The Kingdom and Villain Enterprises PCO and Brody King, PCO pinned current ROH World Champion Matt Taven. The following week on the Ring of Honor television taping, it was announced that Matt Taven would defend his title against PCO, which was made official.
At G1 Supercard, the Guerillas of Destiny won a winner takes all match for both the ROH Tag Team Championship and the IWGP Tag Team Championship on the line. At Masters of the Craft, Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham won a 30-minute Iron Man Match against Lifeblood Mark Haskins and Tracy Williams 2–1 to earn an opportunity against the Guerillas of Destiny. A week later during the ROH television tapings, the match was made official.

Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The promotion was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, and was operated by Cary Silkin from 2004 until 2011; when the promotion was sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Carl Joseph Yvon Ouellet is a Canadian professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, PCO. He is currently signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he is a former member of the Honor No More stable.
Michael "Mike" Bennett is an American professional wrestler. He currently wrestles for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and its sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is one-half of the ROH World Tag Team Champions with Matt Taven in their third reign. Bennett and Taven are also members of the Undisputed Kingdom stable. Bennett previously competed for WWE under the ring name Mike Kanellis, and for Impact Wrestling.
Matthew Marinelli, known by his ring name, Matt Taven, is an American professional wrestler and wrestling trainer, who wrestles for All Elite Wrestling and its sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is one-half of the current ROH World Tag Team Champions with Mike Bennett in their third reign. Taven and Bennett are also members of the Undisputed Kingdom stable.
Global Wars was a professional wrestling supershow co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. The event took place on May 10, 2014, at the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and aired live on internet pay-per-view (iPPV) through Ustream. The event was originally announced as "Border Wars", a name ROH had used for events in 2012 and 2013, before being re-branded as "Global Wars".
Caleb DeWall is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Silas Young. He was last contracted for Ring of Honor, where he is a two-time ROH World Television Champion, and has wrestled on the revived Ring of Honor Wrestling in 2023. He also wrestles on the independent wrestling circuit where he is the current Pure Pro Wrestling Michigan State Heavyweight Champion.
The Undisputed Kingdom is a villainous professional wrestling stable in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), consisting of leader Adam Cole, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Roderick Strong, and Wardlow. Taven and Bennett are the ROH World Tag Team Champions in their third reign.
The House of Truth was a professional wrestling stable, created by its leader, Truth Martini. Martini, under the character of a Life Intervention Expert, allied with various wrestlers to accompany them to their matches. The stable had existed in Ring of Honor since 2009 under different incarnations.
Global Wars (2016) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. The event took place on May 8, 2016, at the Frontier Fieldhouse in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The 2016 Global Wars was the third annual Global Wars event co-produced by ROH and NJPW, and the first to take place outside of Toronto, Canada.
Stephen John Tkowski, better known by his ring name T. K. O'Ryan, is an American professional wrestler known for his time in Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is a three-time ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion as part of The Kingdom.

Vincent Marseglia is an American professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) where he is a member of The Righteous alongside Dutch. He is also known for his time in Impact Wrestling, where he was a member of Honor No More and Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is a record setting four-time ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion, with three of his reigns as part of The Kingdom.

G1 Supercard was a professional wrestling supershow co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. It was the 13th annual Supercard of Honor event and took place on April 6, 2019, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. The event was streamed live on Honor Club, New Japan Pro-Wrestling World, FITE TV, and broadcast live on traditional pay-per-view outlets. It is the final Supercard of Honor to be produced under Sinclair ownership.
Nathan Troy Blauvelt, better known by his ring name Brody King, is an American professional wrestler, singer, and actor. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a member of the House of Black and is a former one-time AEW World Trios Champion.
Villain Enterprises was a villainous professional wrestling stable consisting of Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO, and Flip Gordon. The stable performed in Ring of Honor (ROH), where they are former ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), where King and PCO are former NWA World Tag Team Champions, and Australia's World Series Wrestling (WSW), where Scurll is a former WSW World Champion. King and PCO have also won both ROH's Tag Wars tournament and the NWA/ROH co-promoted Crockett Cup tournament in 2019, and previously held the ROH World Tag Team Championship, while Scurll and King are former WSW Tag Team Champions. They were joined by Flip Gordon at Best in the World.
Best in the World (2019), was a two night, two city professional wrestling event produced by Ring of Honor (ROH), that took place on June 28, 2019 at UMBC Event Center in Baltimore, Maryland (PPV) and on June 29, 2019 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Global Wars Espectacular was a multi-promotional professional wrestling supershow tour co-produced by Ring of Honor (ROH) and Mexico's Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotions. The tour spanned three dates, from September 6 through September 8. It made stops in Dearborn, Michigan; Villa Park, Illinois; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The events were shown live on Honor Club and FITE TV.
Final Battle (2019) was a two-night professional wrestling event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on Friday, December 13 and Sunday, December 15, 2019, at the UMBC Event Center in Baltimore, Maryland and the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, respectively. Friday's show was a pay-per-view broadcast, while Sunday's was a set of tapings for ROH's flagship program Ring of Honor Wrestling. It was the 18th event under the Final Battle chronology.
