Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Inferno II is the 10th season of the MTV reality game show, The Challenge (at the time known as Real World/Road Rules Challenge). The season is directly subsequent to Battle of the Sexes 2 .
The Inferno II is the second of The Inferno series, with the original Inferno airing in 2004, and The Inferno 3 following in 2007. The show aired in 2005, [1] and took place in Manzanillo, Mexico.
On December 15, 2020, the season was made available to stream on Netflix in the United States. [2]
This challenge was the same as The Inferno , except this time each team was allowed to choose only one "Inferno nominee" from the opposite team. This nominee had to win the "life shield" to save him or herself. The contestants in this challenge were grouped into two teams of "Good Guys" and "Bad Asses", representing the "heroes" and "villains" of their respective seasons.

Instead of a reunion special, a wrap-up special To Hell & Back: Hot Gossip from the Inferno 2 aired on June 27, 2005.
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet is the 7th season of the MTV reality game show, The Challenge. The season is directly subsequent to Battle of the Sexes. The Gauntlet featured 28 castmates competing in missions with an immunity life-saver awarded to the best individual performer. Each team would then select a player from their team to go into the Gauntlet elimination challenge. It was hosted by Jonny Moseley. This season was nominated for a GLAAD Media Award for outstanding reality program.
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Sexes is the sixth season of the MTV reality game show, The Challenge. The season is directly subsequent to the first Battle of the Seasons. Battle of the Sexes featured cast members from The Real World and Road Rules. The cast stayed in the Round Hill Hotel and Villas Resort near Montego Bay, Jamaica. A casting special, Battle of the Sexes: The Good, the Bad, and the Notorious, was aired on December 30, 2002. The show premiered on January 6, 2003 and concluded on May 12, 2003.

The series premiered on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, and concluded on June 20, 2017. The series was hosted by NFL wide receiver Victor Cruz. Contestants competed to win $50,000 to donate to the charity of their choice. In 2017 the series format was changed to include celebrities and was renamed Champs vs. Stars.
The Challenge XXX: Dirty 30 is the thirtieth season of the MTV reality competition series, The Challenge. It was filmed in Colombia during May and June 2017, with alumni from The Real World, Road Rules, The Challenge, and Are You the One? competing. Jonathan Murray, Gil Goldschein, Scott Freeman, and Fred Birckhead were the executive producers, with Ryan Smith and Danny Wascou serving as co-executive producers.
The Challenge: Vendettas is the thirty-first season of MTV reality competition series, The Challenge. The official trailer was shown during the special mini-series Champs vs. Stars. For the first time, this season featured alumni from the US version of Big Brother, and the UK TV shows Ex on the Beach and Geordie Shore, competing with alumni from the regular shows of The Real World, Road Rules, The Challenge, and Are You the One?. For the first time ever, there was only one winner.
The 2018 installment of The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars, a recurring special mini-series of MTV's The Challenge, premiered on April 17, 2018. The season features ten alumni from The Challenge who made it to a final on the show or on Road Rules competing with ten celebrities.
The second season of The Challenge: All Stars premiered on Paramount+ on November 11, 2021. The season features twenty-four cast members from The Real World, Road Rules and The Challenge competing for $500,000.

The second season of The Challenge: USA premiered on CBS on August 10, 2023, with next-day uncensored episodes on Paramount+. The season features eighteen CBS cast members from Survivor, The Amazing Race and Big Brother competing for $500,000. Unlike the first season which only featured alumni from CBS reality shows who have never appeared on The Challenge, the season expanded casting to also include six veterans of The Challenge whose original shows were on MTV as well as CBS alumni who had previously competed on The Challenge.
