Rhonda Varnes (born April 14, 1984 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian curler. She currently skips her own team out of Winnipeg.
Varnes grew up in Manitoba, where she won the 2001 Manitoba Juvenile Provincial Championship. As a junior curler, she played in three provincial junior championships as a skip. Her first season on the World Curling Tour was 2005–06. That season, she was the youngest skip at the 2006 Manitoba Scotties Tournament of Hearts where she led her Stonewall Curling Club rink to a 3–4 record. After the season she joined the Linda Stewart rink for one season. The team made it to the 2007 Manitoba Scotties, finishing with a 4–3 record. After one more season as a skip in Manitoba, Varnes moved to Ottawa in 2008.
In 2015, Varnes and her team of Melissa Gannon, Erin Macaulay and Rebecca Wichers-Schreur qualified for their first Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
Jennifer Judith Jones OM is a Canadian curler. She was the Olympic champion in curling as skip of the Canadian team at the 2014 Sochi Games. Jones is the first female skip to go through the Games undefeated. The only male skip to achieve this was fellow Canadian Kevin Martin in 2010. Jones and her squad were the first Manitoba based curling team to win an Olympic gold medal. They won the 2008 World Women's Curling Championship and were the last Canadian women's team to do so until Rachel Homan in 2017. She won a second world championship in 2018. Jones represented Canada at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
Cathy Overton-Clapham nicknamed "Cathy O" is a Canadian curler. Overton-Clapham is one of Manitoba's most decorated female curlers, with one world championship, five national championships, and thirteen Scotties Tournament of Hearts appearances. In 2019, she began coaching Jamie Sinclair's team, and currently coaches the Cory Christensen team.
Lesley Kaitlyn Lawes is a Canadian curler. Lawes was the long time third for the Jennifer Jones team that represented Canada at the 2014 Winter Olympics where they won the gold medal. They were the first women's team to go through the Olympics undefeated and the first Manitoba based curling team to win at the Olympics. Lawes curled with John Morris in the mixed doubles event at the 2018 Winter Olympics where they won gold. This win made her and Morris the first Canadian curlers to win two Olympic gold medals, and Lawes was the first to win gold in two consecutive Olympics.
Heather Nedohin is a Canadian curler from Sherwood Park, Alberta. She is a Canadian former and World Junior champion, two-time Tournament of Hearts Champion and a two-time World bronze medalist. She is married to three time World Champion David Nedohin. She currently coaches the Kerri Einarson rink.
Chelsea Danielle Carey is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. She is the 2016 and 2019 Canadian and Alberta women's champion skip and 2014 Manitoba provincial women's champion skip.
Breanne Knapp is a Canadian curler from Regina, Saskatchewan. She is a four-time Manitoba Junior Champion and a one-time Canadian junior champion (2009). She has won a silver medal at the World Junior Curling Championships.
Allison "Alli" Flaxey is a Canadian curler from Caledon, Ontario. She is a former Canadian Mixed champion, and World Mixed Doubles bronze medallist.
Lisa Eyamie is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta.
Kerri Einarson is a Canadian Métis curler from Camp Morton, Manitoba, in the Rural Municipality of Gimli. Einarson is the four-time reigning women's national champion in curling, skipping her team to victory at the 2023 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, 2022 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, 2021 Scotties Tournament of Hearts and the 2020 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. She previously won silver in 2018. She has also won two provincial mixed curling championships in 2010 and 2013. Einarson has won five Grand Slam of Curling events: the 2016 Boost National, 2019 Players' Championship, 2021 Players' Championship, 2022 Champions Cup, and 2022 Masters.
Darcy Robertson is a Canadian curler. She is a three-time provincial champion and former Canadian junior champion.
