Rissa is a former municipality in the old Sør-Trøndelag county in Norway in the Fosen region. The municipality existed from 1860 until its dissolution on 1 January 2018 when it became part of the newly created Indre Fosen Municipality in Trøndelag county. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Årnset. Other villages in the municipality included Askjem, Hasselvika, Husbysjøen, Rørvika, Råkvåg, Sørfjorden, and Stadsbygd.

It is about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) north of the village of Husbysjøen and about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) east of the village of Høybakken in the neighboring Ørland Municipality. The Ramsvik Church lies just south of the village.

Årnset or Rissa is the administrative centre of Indre Fosen Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located on the north shore of the lake Botn about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south of the village of Hasselvika and about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) north of the villages of Stadsbygd and Askjem.

Stjørna is a former municipality in the old Sør-Trøndelag county in Norway. The municipality existed from 1899 until its dissolution in 1964. The 322.2-square-kilometre (124.4 sq mi) municipality encompassed the land surrounding the Stjørnfjorden in what is now Ørland Municipality and Indre Fosen Municipality in Trøndelag county. The administrative centre of Stjørna was the village of Husbysjøen. The municipality of Stjørna also included the villages of Høybakken, Råkvåg, and Fevåg. The main church for the municipality was Stjørna Church which is now called Heggvik Church.

Husbysjøen or Husby is a village in Indre Fosen Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located along the south side of the Sørfjorden, an arm of the Stjørnfjorden. It is located about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) west of the village of Sørfjorden, about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) southeast of the village of Råkvåg, about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of the village of Hasselvika, and about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) north of the lake Storvatnet. Ramsvik Church is located across the fjord on the north shore.

The white, wooden church was built in a rectangular style in 1972 using plans drawn up by the architect Torgeir Sund. Originally it was the chapel for the cemetery, but it was later expanded and made into a church. The church seats about 90 people.
