Riston Rodrigues (born 11 October 1979) is an Indian former footballer who played as a midfielder, most recently for East Bengal in the I-League.
Rodrigues is a 108 km2 (42 sq mi) autonomous outer island of the Republic of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, about 560 km (350 mi) East of Mauritius. It is part of the Mascarene Islands, which include Mauritius and Réunion. Like Agaléga, Rodrigues is a constituent island of the Republic of Mauritius, under the Constitution of Mauritius and still remains, as explicitly defined by the same Constitution, part of the Sovereignty of Mauritius, together with the following islands “Agalega, Tromelin, Cargados Carajos, Chagos Archipelago (…) Diego Garcia and other islands included in the State of Mauritius''
Riston is a civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 9 miles (14 km) north of Hull city centre and covering an area of 1,374.241 hectares.
The Las Vegas Raiderettes are the cheerleading squad for the Las Vegas Raiders professional American football team. They were established in 1961 as the Oakland Raiderettes. When the Raiders moved to Los Angeles in 1982, the cheerleading squad became known as the Los Angeles Raiderettes. The North Holderness Light Railway was a proposed light railway, which was to have been constructed between Beverley and North Frodingham, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The scheme was given parliamentary approval in July 1897 for a line extending to 9.5 miles (15.3 km). It was abandoned in 1903 by the North Eastern Railway (NER) and replaced with a bus service though consideration had been given to build the line to a narrower gauge than standard gauge on account of some of the marshy land that the line would have to cross.
