Philippa York Scottish sport cyclist

Philippa York is a Scottish journalist and former professional road racing cyclist.

Robert Millar was an Irish born, Norwegian advertising executive and author. Each year the Trondheim Marketing Association awards the Robert Millar Prize in his honour.

Robert "Bob" Millar was a Scottish American soccer forward and coach of the U.S. national team at the first FIFA World Cup, in 1930. During his at times tumultuous Hall of Fame career, Millar played with over a dozen teams in at least five U.S. leagues as well as two seasons in the Scottish Football League. He finished his career as a successful professional and national team coach.

The Babys are a British rock group best known for their songs "Isn't It Time" and "Every Time I Think of You". The Miami Showband were an Irish showband in the 1960s and 1970s led by singer Dickie Rock and later by Fran O'Toole. They had seven number one records on the Irish singles chart. Band members Fran O'Toole, Tony Geraghty, and Brian McCoy were killed in the Miami Showband killings in 1975 during The Troubles when returning from a performance in County Down, Northern Ireland.
