G-Sides is a B-sides collection by Gorillaz from their first studio album session, Gorillaz and the Tomorrow Comes Today EP. The compilation was originally released only in Japan on 12 December 2001. The US edition, with a slightly different track listing, followed on 26 February 2002. The European version, released on 11 March 2002, features the original Japanese track listing. The Japanese and US editions are different because the songs "Dracula" and "Left Hand Suzuki Method" are included on the standard US edition of Gorillaz as bonus tracks. The Brazilian limited edition release incorporates all of the tracks from both the Japanese and US versions of the album. Most versions have the same cover, featuring Noodle holding a skeleton doll in her hand, named "Bonesy", although some—notably the Japanese version—have her holding a Godzilla figurine instead. On the top of the sleeve, the title is written in katakana: ジー サイズ. G-Sides reached number 65 on the UK Albums Chart and number 84 on the US Billboard 200.

Recoil is a musical project created by English musician and former Depeche Mode member Alan Wilder. Essentially a solo venture, Recoil began whilst Wilder was still in Depeche Mode as an outlet for his experimental, less pop-oriented compositions. Once he announced his departure from the group in 1995, Recoil became Wilder's primary musical enterprise.
"Gold" is a song by American musician Prince, his stage name at that time being an unpronounceable symbol, and was released as the third single from his seventeenth studio album, The Gold Experience (1995). Obviously proud of the song, Prince touted it as the next "Purple Rain" to reporters before the album's release.
Blood Money is the seventh studio album by Mobb Deep, released on May 2, 2006. It is the group's only album on G-Unit & Interscope. It features guest appearances by G-Unit and Nyce. The album also features artists Mary J. Blige and Nate Dogg. Blood Money is the 1st Mobb Deep studio album to not feature Big Noyd.
"Halftime" is a song by American rapper Nasty Nas, who would change his name to Nas after the release of the song. The song was released as his debut single, the sole single from the Zebrahead soundtrack album and the lead single from his debut album Illmatic, on October 13, 1992. "Halftime" was produced by Large Professor and features samples of drums and vocals from "Schoolboy Crush" by Average White Band, horns from "Soul Traveling" by Gary Byrd, and the bassline from "Dead End" from the Japanese cast recording of the musical Hair. The song was the first song created for Illmatic, and was released circa one and a half years earlier than the album.
"Scenario" is the third single from A Tribe Called Quest's second album The Low End Theory. The song features members of the rap group Leaders of the New School. Matt Cibula of PopMatters called the track hip-hop's greatest posse cut. The song is commonly considered a breakout moment for Leaders of the New School member Busta Rhymes, who was 19 when this song was released. Time included the song on its list of its All-TIME 100 Songs.

"Survival of the Fittest" is a song by American hip hop duo Mobb Deep from their second studio album, The Infamous (1995). It was released as the second single from the aforementioned album on May 29, 1995 by Loud Records. The song was produced by Havoc, using a sample of the 1976 song "Skylark" by The Barry Harris Trio and Al Cohn.
Writer's Block is the third album by Peter Bjorn and John. It was released on 14 August 2006. Taking a departure from the production of their first two albums, Writer's Block is an experimental, semi-concept album based around themes of the highs and lows of romance.
"Rise of the Machines" is a single by hip hop group Jedi Mind Tricks (JMT), released as a limited edition promo single in 2003. The vinyl is the only JMT single not to feature a B-Side. The album version of Rise of the Machines features a Latin acoustic guitar sample, coupled with clips from Mike Tyson's infamous "I wanna eat your children" speech. The song, named after the film Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, features revered West Coast lyricist Ras Kass, who was imprisoned at the time of the release. The song features a previously recorded verse from the rapper. JMT vocalist Vinnie Paz joined in on the "Free Ras Kass" campaign, saying the phrase on the track, and wearing the "Free Ras Kass" shirt on the Visions of Gandhi tour.
"Classic (Better Than I've Ever Been)" is a song by American rappers Kanye West, Nas, and KRS-One. Produced by Rick Rubin and DJ Premier, it was released as a single on February 20, 2007 by Nike Records. It was performed live at the Nike Air Force Ones 25th anniversary party shown on MTV2.
"Quiet Storm" is the first single from Mobb Deep's fourth album Murda Muzik. The song was originally released on the soundtrack for the film In Too Deep. The song features a sample of the bass line from the classic hip-hop song "White Lines " by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five and another sample from Smokey Robinson's "A Quiet Storm". In 2001, the R&B group 112 used an updated version of the "Quiet Storm" beat for their number-one single, "It's Over Now".
We Didn't Invent the Remix is a remix album by London-born recording artist Example. After many setbacks and promises, Example released a 13-track limited-edition mixtape available through the Internet or at concerts during his spring 2007 tour supporting Plan B, The Rifles, and Just Jack). Underneath the track listing there is an advert for What We Made which is said to come out June 2007. Like this mixtape, it was set back for some time, eventually being released in September due to legal issues.
Lemon Jelly is a British electronic music duo from London that formed in 1998 and went on hiatus starting in 2008. Since its inception, the band members have always been Fred Deakin and Nick Franglen. Lemon Jelly has been nominated for awards like the Mercury Music Prize and BRIT Awards. The bright colourful artwork featured in the albums and music videos, and the Lemon Jelly typeface, became part of the "brand".
"A Question of Honour" is a 1995 single by soprano Sarah Brightman, from her album Fly. It peaked at No. 15 on the German Singles Chart in the last week of 1995, even though it was released over five months earlier. "A Question of Honour" was also the official song of the championship boxing match between Henry Maske and Graciano Rocchigiani in Germany. In Japan, TV Asahi adopted the song as the theme music of FIFA World Cup broadcasting since 2002 and plays it in related television programs. The Sisters of Mercy front man, Andrew Eldritch provides backing vocals in the song.
"Pro Nails" is the second single by American hip hop artist Kid Sister from her debut album Ultraviolet. The song is better known for its remix, which features a verse by Kanye West. The single was originally released in 2007 and reissued in 2008.
"Good Times" is a song by American hip hop recording artist Styles, of East Coast hip hop group the LOX. It was released as his solo debut single and served as the lead single from his debut album, A Gangster and a Gentleman (2002). The song, produced by Swizz Beatz and Saint Denson, samples "I Get High ", as performed by Freda Payne.
"Heads Will Roll" is a song by American indie rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs, released as the second single from their third studio album, It's Blitz! (2009). The CD and 7-inch singles were released in the United Kingdom on June 29, 2009. The song is sung from the viewpoint of the Queen of Hearts in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
Under the Radar Over the Top is the fourteenth studio album by German hard dance group Scooter. The album was released in Germany on 2 October 2009, preceded by the single "J'adore Hardcore" on 14 August. A second single, "Ti Sento", was released on the same day as the album. The album was released in the UK on 23 November 2009. The third single "The Sound Above My Hair" was released on 27 November 2009., and "Stuck on Replay", the 4th single from the album is being used as the official theme song of 2010 IIHF World Championship.
