The Roman Catholic Diocese of Oeiras (Latin : Dioecesis Oeirensis) is a Latin suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of Teresina in northeastern Brazil.
Its cathedral episcopal see is Catedral Nossa Senhora da Vitória, dedicated to Our Lady of Victory, in the city of Oeiras in the Brazilian state of Piauí.
As per 2014, it pastorally served 125,000 Catholics (89.2% of 140,200 total) on 15,096 km² in 20 parishes with 20 priests (19 diocesan, 1 religious), 17 lay religious (1 brother, 16 sisters) and 6 seminarians.

Piauí is one of the states of Brazil, located in the country's Northeast Region. The state has 1.6% of the Brazilian population and produces 0.7% of the Brazilian GDP.
Teresina is the capital and most populous municipality in the Brazilian state of Piauí. Being located in north-central Piauí 366 km from the coast, it is the only capital in the Brazilian Northeast that is not located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
