Johannes Hermanus Roy Stroeve (born 15 May 1977, in Emmen) is a former professional footballer. He previously played for FC Emmen, Sparta Rotterdam, Heracles Almelo, ADO Den Haag and HHC Hardenberg.

WKE is a football club from Emmen, Netherlands. WKE was founded on 14 June 1966 by residents of the local trailer park. The club won promotion to the Hoofdklasse in 1981. Since 1981, WKE have been relegated to the Eerste Klasse in 1998 and 2004. WKE won the Sunday Hoofdklasse C title in the 2006–07 season and was nationwide amateur champion in 2008–09.
The Eerste Divisie 2009–10 was the 54th season of the Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1956. The previous year's winners were VVV-Venlo; they, with runner-up RKC Waalwijk, after a promotion/relegation playoff win over De Graafschap, were promoted to the Eredivisie.
