Ryszard Tylewski (born 24 February 1952 in Skwierzyna) is a Polish sprint canoer who competed in the mid-1970s. He was eliminated in the semifinals of the K-2 1000 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.

The party was founded on 17 November 2018 by the former World Bank economist Ryszard Petru and Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus as a split from the Modern party which Petru was also a founder. His partner Joanna Schmidt, the vice-president of ALDE also defected. The party joined the European Coalition on 18 February 2019. The party was dissolved on 4 July 2019.
