History
In 1975 VK Dadizele joined the Belgian FA, receiving matricule 8264. The club never left the Belgian Provincial Leagues, but almost gained promotion to the national level in 2019 via the promotion playoffs.
In 2021 the club merged with K.S.V. Roeselare, which had just gone bankrupt while playing in the Belgian National Division 1 (third level). The club continued as SK Roeselare-Daisel using the matricule of VK Dadizele and continuing from the level of Dadizele (at that time the sixth level (First Provincial Division West-Flanders)). In its first season, the club was immediately promoted to the national leagues after finishing second.
In 2023, the name was changed to SK Roeselare and at the end of the season after finishing 4th, the club promoted to the Belgian Division 2 via the end-of-season promotion playoffs.
Koninklijke Sport Vereniging Roeselare, abbreviated to KSV Roeselare, also known in French as KSV Roulers, was a Belgian football club from the city of Roeselare in West Flanders. Its matricule was 134. It last played at the highest level of Belgian football from 2005–06 until 2009–10, but finally folded in 2020 after having relegated to the third level and going bankrupt.
The Belgian Provincial leagues are the lower leagues for Belgian football. Until 2016, these were at levels 5-8 in the Belgian football league system however as part of the reform an extra level was created causing the provincial leagues to drop to levels 6-9. The provincial leagues are divided into 9 regional league systems. Each league system is itself divided into 4 levels. The number of leagues at each level depends on the province, but every province must have only one league at the top level. The best teams from the 9 first divisions can promote to the Belgian Division 3, the fifth and lowest level in the national leagues.

The first match of the Belgium national team was played on 1 May 1904, a 3–3 draw against France.

Koninklijke Voetbalvereniging Coxyde was a Belgian football club based in Koksijde, West Flanders. It last played at the ninth and lowest level in Belgian football after the club decided to take a one-year break in 2017–18, vacating its position in the football pyramid to restart at the very bottom in 2018–19 where it remained for two seasons before merging with K.V.V. Oostduinkerke in 2020 to form K.V.V. Koksijde-Oostduinkerke. This club continues under the matricule number of Oostduinkerke, with the number and history of Koksijde being scrapped from the records.
The Challenger Pro League, previously known as 1B Pro League is the second-highest division in the Belgian football league system, one level below the Belgian Pro League. It was created by the Royal Belgian Football Association in 2016, replacing the Belgian Second Division. From the season 2016–17 until 2019–20, the competition was named Proximus League, after the main sponsor Proximus.
The Belgian National Division 1, commonly referred to as simply Eerste Nationale in Dutch or Nationale 1 in French, is a semi-professional and the third-highest division in the Belgian football league system, one level below the Challenger Pro League. It was created by the Royal Belgian Football Association in 2016, coming in at the third level and pushing all divisions one level down. Until the 2019–20 season, it was known as the Belgian First Amateur Division, but was renamed due to the negative connotation of the word amateur.
The 2017–18 Belgian Third Amateur Division is the second season of the division in its current format, replacing the former Belgian Fourth Division.
The 2018–19 season of the Belgian First Division B began in August 2018 and ended in April 2019. It was the third season of the First Division B following a change in league format from the old Belgian Second Division.
Koninklijke Sporting Club Lokeren Temse often simply called Lokeren-Temse or Lokeren) is a Belgian professional football club based in the city of Lokeren, in the province of East Flanders. The club was originally founded in 1945 as KSV Temse in the neighbouring town of Temse but following the bankruptcy of K.S.C. Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen in 2020 both clubs merged to form K.S.C. Lokeren-Temse. The club set to plays in Challenger Pro League from 2024–25, the second tier of Belgian football after promotion from Belgian National Division 1 in 2023–24.

K. Bocholter V.V. is a Belgian football club based in the municipality of Bocholt, registered with the Belgian FA under matricule 595. The full name of the club is Koninklijke Bocholter Voetbalvereniging and it has white and black as club colours.
