Ceuta was a 2,719 GRT cargo ship which was built in 1929 for the Oldenburg-Portugiesische Dampfschiffs-Reederei. She was sunk during an air raid in 1943, but later raised, repaired and returned to service. She was seized as a war prize in 1945, passed to the British Ministry of War Transport (MoWT) and renamed Empire Camel.

Holmbury was a 7,058 GRT cargo ship which was built in 1943 for the Ministry of War Transport (MoWT) as Empire Canyon. In 1947 she was sold and renamed Holmbury. In 1960, she was sold to Pakistan and renamed Ilyasbaksh. In 1965, she was detained by India as war had broken out between India and Pakistan. She was declared a war prize and seized by the Indian Government. She was scrapped in 1970.

SS <i>Maudie</i>

Maudie was a 4,661 GRT tanker that was built in 1920 by Lithgows, Port Glasgow, Scotland. Laid down as War Peshwa for the British Shipping Controller, she was completed as Maudie for a Norwegian company. In 1937, she was sold to Finland and renamed Angra. A further sale in 1942 saw her renamed Mercator.

Four steamships operated by Hamburg-Amerikanische Packetfahrt Aktien-Gesellschaft carried the name Thuringia.

Admiral Hardy was a 1,929 GRT Hansa A type cargo ship that was built in 1944 by Stettiner Oderwerke, Stettin, Germany as Michael Ferdinand for Hugo Ferdinand Dampschiffs Reederi. She was seized in 1945 as a war prize and taken over by the Ministry of War Transport (MoWT) as Empire Farrar. In 1949, she was sold to Hong Kong and renamed Admiral Hardy. She was sold to Norway in 1955. In 1965, she was sold to Panama and renamed Dumai Trader, serving until 1967 when she was scrapped.

SS Ajax was a cargo steamship that was built in Germany in 1923 as Elbe. In 1927 she was renamed twice, first to Ceuta and then to Ajax.

She was seized as a prize of war in 1945, passing to the Ministry of War Transport and renamed Empire Gavel. She was allocated to Greece in 1945 and was renamed Rodopi. She was sold to Hellenic Lines in 1949. She was scrapped in 1974.
