Coldplay are a British rock band formed in London in 1996. Vocalist, rhythm guitarist and pianist Chris Martin, lead guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, and drummer Will Champion met at University College London and began playing music together from 1996 to 1998, first calling themselves Pectoralz and then Starfish before finally changing their name to Coldplay. Their creative director and former manager Phil Harvey is considered the fifth member of the band.

Da Capo is a Japanese adult visual novel developed by Circus's division Circus Northern which was released as a limited edition on June 28, 2002 playable on Windows as a CD-ROM; a DVD-ROM version followed on July 26, 2002. An English release was scheduled for December 25, 2008, and the game was available for a brief time on that date, but the title was pulled until January 20, 2009. Da Capo began as a series of prelude short scenarios in the Suika fandisc Archimedes no Wasuremono, and since the initial release, there have been numerous different versions released for Windows and PlayStation 2 over the years with updated scenarios and characters. The gameplay in Da Capo follows a plot line which offers pre-determined scenarios with courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the seven female main characters.
Yozuca*, stylised in all lowercase, is a Japanese female singer. She performs songs mainly for games and anime and is known especially for her vocal contributions to the Da Capo series. Her debut was in 2002 with the song "Da Capo: dai-2 botan no chikai", used as the theme song for the adult PC game D.C.: Da Capo. She works under Peak A Soul+, and most of her works are released by Lantis.

The song reflects her missing Japan while she was studying in Washington DC. The single is released in CD+DVD and CD-only formats. It sold 29,948 copies in its first week.
"Sakurairo Mau Koro" is Mika Nakashima's 14th single. This song is a lyrical and heartwarming love song about lovers parting in springtime. Mika uses her extraordinary singing skills, blending her tender vocals with the stirring piano and strings accompaniment. Singer/songwriter Kawae Minako was inspired by Mika's strong presence and wrote the song in a day. The first press of this single included a picture label disc.
