Salakavala is a Suomisoundi-style psychedelic trance group from Finland. It consists of Tommy Lauhiala and Toni Sorsa. Their debut album Fractal Fishing was released in September, 2006 by Australian record label Faerie Dragon Records.

Salakavala has released their music in Internet before the release of Fractal Fishing. The band plays actively in psytrance-parties, in Finland and abroad.

Manhunter is a 1986 American thriller film directed and written by Michael Mann. Based on the 1981 novel Red Dragon by Thomas Harris, it stars William Petersen as FBI profiler Will Graham. Also featured are Tom Noonan as serial killer Francis Dollarhyde, Dennis Farina as Graham's FBI superior Jack Crawford, and Brian Cox as incarcerated killer Hannibal Lecktor. Koxbox is a Danish musical group formed in 1990 that produced psychedelic trance. It consisted of Peter Candy and Frank É Madsen. Ian Ion, their studio producer, is also sometimes mentioned as part of the group.

Trials of Mana, also known by its Japanese title Seiken Densetsu 3, is a 1995 action role-playing game developed and published by Square for the Super Famicom. It is the sequel to the 1993 game Secret of Mana, and is the third installment in the Mana series. Set in a high fantasy world, the game follows three heroes as they attempt to claim the legendary Mana Sword and prevent the Benevodons from being unleashed and destroying the world. Haltya is a musical act by Finnish born musician and sound artist Tommi Sirkiä. The band was founded in the mid-nineties by Tommi and former member Jürgen Sachau in Helsinki Finland. Tommi and Jürgen parted ways after the release of Haltya's 2nd studio album fi:Electric Help Elves, and today Tommi records and produces Haltya mainly on his own, often with the help of other musicians, artists and producers.

Suomisaundi, also known as suomisoundi, suomistyge or spugedelic trance is a style of psychedelic trance that originated in Finland around the mid-1990s. "Suomisaundi" literally means "Finnish sound" in Finnish. Suomisaundi's biggest proponents are said to be Tim Thick and his label Thixx'n'Dixx.

Shulman is a psybient group from Israel, with members Yaniv Shulman and Omri Harpaz. Shulman's sound features elements of "glitch" and displays a large IDM influence. Shulman is also a remix artist within the psybient genre.

Eraser vs Yöjalka are Julius Lehmuskallio (Eraser) and Simo Ojala (Yöjalka), a Suomisaundi-style psytrance project from Helsinki, Finland. Both studied music and classical instruments, went to goa parties since 1994 and started making music together in 2000. Since the beginning they' ve been interested in making innovative and always forward going psytrance, sucking influences from heavy, funk, classical and electronic music. They' ve released two albums and one EP on Helsinki-based record label Exogenic Records. The third album, Lords of the Liverdance and fourth album Virtuosi di Quosi were released by Australian record label Faerie Dragon 2006 and 2009.

James Reipas is an electronica trio from Helsinki, Finland. They combine psychedelic trance with electro and many different genres as well as live instruments. They are also considered one of the earlier suomisaundi-style artists.

Shiwa 2000 is a Suomisoundi-style psychedelic trance group from Finland. The regular members of the assemblage are Rick Timebees and Tim Thick, who is also familiar from Texas Faggott and Mandalavandalz. There has also appeared some visiting musicians on the albums of the Shiwa 2000, for example Bill Tema aka MC Vittumeitsi.
