Kulbhushan Kharbanda is an Indian actor who works in Hindi and Punjabi films. Chandni (transl. Moonlight) is a 1989 Indian Hindi-language romantic musical directed and co-produced by Yash Chopra from a story written by Kamna Chandra with a screenplay by Umesh Kalbagh, Arun Kaul, and Sagar Sarhadi.
