Adam Schwarz formerly known as Schwarz before releasing singles under the alias So Drove is a touring, performer, musician, producer, and DJ currently based in Los Angeles after spending years in the underground Baltimore music scene. [1]

Life and career

Pre-2017: Schwarz early years

Schwarz is a native of St. Louis where he started singing songs in elementary school. [2] By his middle school years, he produced his first full-length CD. [2] He moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he started producing high-energy club and Baltimore club-inspired music. [2] He has produced music for rapper Lil B. Schwarz and 333 Boyz produced the a beat used in Lil B.'s mixtape Hoop Life. [2] Schwarz worked with musicians such as TT The Artist, [3] [4] and 3lon. [5] Schwarz has remixed Matmos [6] and created a mix for Tiny Mix Tapes . [7] In 2014, Schwarz released a Ferguson unrest inspired Baltimore club style song titled "Hands Up Don't Shoot." [2] [8] [9] [10] The summer of 2014, Abdul Ali and Schwarz produced a collaborative EP, "Already" which was released October that same year. [8] In Baltimore, the pair started the Motivational Tour for the EP with New Jersey DJ Kilbourne. [8] The tour consisted of 22 shows in different cities across the U.S. including Boston. [8]

Schwartz Schwarz released his debut EP, Everyday Is A Winding Road, in 2016. It features guest appearances from Kreayshawn and Blaqstarr. [11] [12]

2017–present: So Drove

In 2017, Schwarz began producing music under the new alias So Drove. He released the single "Get Ya Shine On" in collaboration with Cupcakke, Kreayshawn, and TT The Artist. [13] A music video directed by James Thomas Marsh and features all three artists and So Drove on guitar. [14]

Future Islands is an American synth-pop band based in Baltimore, Maryland, comprising Gerrit Welmers, William Cashion, Samuel T. Herring, and Michael Lowry (percussion). The band was formed in January 2006 by Welmers, Cashion and Herring—the remaining members of the performance art college band Art Lord & the Self-Portraits—and drummer Erick Murillo.

Kossisko Konan (1991/1992–present), known mononymously as Kossisko and formerly known as 100s, is an American singer/rapper and Grammy nominated songwriter from Berkeley, California. In 2012, Kossisko, as rapper 100s, released his debut mixtape Ice Cold Perm. He was signed to Fool's Gold Records in June 2013. Following the release of the single "Ten Freaky Hoes", it was announced that he would be releasing his second mixtape, an EP titled Ivry, which was released on March 7, 2014 via Fool's Gold. It featured a greater g-funk and disco influence than his debut mixtape. He is also well known for his song "Life of a Mack", which appeared on the soundtrack of the video game Grand Theft Auto V. At the start of 2015, he retired the 100s persona and now performs under the name Kossisko. As Kossisko, he released his first single "This May Be Me" on February 17, 2015. The track was premiered by The Fader. Later that year, Kossisko released his debut EP, Red White N Cruel. In 2016, Kossisko launched a crowdfunding campaign to help fund his work on a short horror film titled '2037.'

Daniel Jack Eisner Harle is a British music producer and composer who records under the alias Danny L Harle. He was formerly signed to the London-based PC Music label and is a member of Dux Content with A. G. Cook. His songs have been described as among the more chart-friendly work from the offbeat label.

Jordan Mary Capozzi, better known by her stage name Lil Debbie, is an American rapper, model and fashion designer. Debbie started her career in 2011 as part of the now-defunct group The White Girl Mob, with rappers Kreayshawn and V-Nasty. In 2012, Debbie started a solo career, releasing a series of singles with rappers Riff Raff and former White Girl Mob group member V-Nasty, some of which ended up on her first solo project, a mixtape titled Keep It Lit. "Ghost" is a song written, recorded, produced and performed by American musician Luis Dubuc for his solo project Mystery Skulls. The track was released by Warner Bros. Records as the lead single off the project's debut album Forever described as an electro retro funk track, written, produced and performed by Dubuc, is about him wanting to "disappear completely and start over" after he didn't let anyone know about him moving from Dallas to Los Angeles, as reflected in the song's chorus. The official music video for the track, directed by Josh Thomas, was released in February 2014 by Vice Media's electronic music channel Thump. However, a second, animated music video for the song, which garnered over two million views in less than a month, helped put the track in the top 20 of the American Billboard Dance/Electronic Songs chart. Elizabeth Eden Harris, known professionally as Cupcakke, is an American rapper and songwriter from Chicago, Illinois. She is known for her hyper-sexualized, brazen, and often comical persona and music, and has also included themes such as gay rights and female empowerment in her music.

Eric Alberto-Lopez, known professionally as Ape Drums, is a Mexican-American DJ and record producer. Ape Drums is known for fusing electronic dance music with Caribbean sounds, described by Thump as "Modern Dancehall Music." He is also one third of the DJ/production trio Major Lazer, replacing Jillionaire in the summer of 2019.

"Crayons" is a song by independent American rapper Cupcakke from her third studio album Ephorize. The track features a pro-LGBTQ message.

Jersey club is a style of electronic club music that originated in Newark, New Jersey in the early 2000s. It was pioneered by DJ Tameil and other members of the Brick Bandits crew, who drew direct inspiration from Baltimore club's hybrid of house and hip hop.
