The Scorpio and Jones families are fictional families on the American soap opera General Hospital , which is set in the fictional town of Port Charles, New York. Over time, the two families intertwined and became one large blended family, often referred to as the Scorpio/Jones family. The Scorpio family was introduced in December 1980 by head writers Pat Falken Smith and Margaret DePriest, when Robert Scorpio arrived in town to assist Luke Spencer in locating a rare diamond called the Ice Princess. Four years later, the Jones family was introduced in 1984 by Gloria Monty when Frisco Jones arrived in town after he is hired to be the lead singer for "Blackie and the Riff Raff". The Scorpio and Jones families are known for their many adventures, with members of both families working as secret agents with the fictional World Security Bureau (WSB).

Lucas Jones is a fictional character from General Hospital, an American soap opera on the ABC network. Introduced in 1989, the character was played by several child actors, most notably by Justin Cooper from 1996 to 1998 and Logan O'Brien from 1998 to 2002. The character was rapidly aged in 2002 and Evan Bonifant took over the role briefly before he was replaced by C.J. Thomason who last appeared in 2003. The role was recast with Ryan Carnes in 2004. Carnes left the role in 2005, and was replaced by Ben Hogestyn. Hogestyn left the series in 2006. In late 2013, it was announced that Carnes would reprise the role in the new year. Carnes departed the role in March 2020, with Matt Trudeau debuting November of the same year.

Felicia has been portrayed by Kristina Wagner on and off from 1984 to 2005, from 2007 to 2008, and again since April 27, 2012. She was temporarily portrayed by Sandra Ferguson in 2005. The family was created by Douglas Marland and first introduced in 1977 when Bobbie Spencer arrived in Port Charles. Bobbie's brother, Luke debuted in 1978. Supercouple Luke and Laura Spencer are part of this family, known for their romance and many adventures. The Spencer family is characterized as an adventurous bunch, but many in the family have struggled with various types of substance abuse. They are known for their longstanding feud with the Cassadine family. The family is currently represented by: Laura, Carly, Lucas, Michael, Josslyn, Cameron, Jake, Aiden, Rocco, Charlotte, Wiley, Donna, and Amelia. Barbara Jean "Bobbie" Spencer, RN is a fictional character from the ABC soap opera General Hospital, portrayed by Jacklyn Zeman. She debuted in December 1977, after playing Lana McClain on the sister-soap One Life to Live. Zeman went on to appear on General Hospital until 13 July 2010. The character is the sister of Luke Spencer and mother of Carly Corinthos. In February 2013, it was announced that Zeman would be returning to the role; she first appeared on March 22 and once again vacated the role on April 15. However, on October 22, it was confirmed that Zeman would be returning to the show, with her first airdate slated to be on November 27. Zeman continued in the role until her last appearance on April 27, 2023, shortly before her death on May 9 of that year.

Peter Harrell, Jr. commonly known by the pseudonym Levi Dunkleman is a fictional character from the original ABC Daytime soap opera General Hospital, played by Australian actor Zachary Garred. The character was introduced in April 2014 by executive producer, Frank Valentini under head writer, Ron Carlivati as a quirky environmentalist from Australia going by the name Levi Dunkleman. "Levi" comes to town as the new boyfriend of the recently returned Maxie Jones and he develops a rivalry with her roommate and potential love interest, Nathan West. Levi has heavy influence in Maxie's life which doesn't sit well with Nathan or Maxie's stepfather, Mac Scorpio. Levi proceeds to isolate Maxie from her friends and family by sabotaging her chances of regaining custody of her daughter and getting Nathan kicked out of their apartment. To keep Levi from being deported, Maxie agrees to marry him. On their wedding day, Nathan exposes that Levi has been after her mother, Felicia 's Aztec jewelry and Levi takes Maxie hostage. On August 26, 2014, it is revealed onscreen that Levi is the son of Felicia's late fiancé, Peter Harrell played by Judson Scott from 1984 to 1985.

Nathan West (<i>General Hospital</i>) Fictional character from General Hospital

Nathan West is a fictional character from General Hospital, an American soap opera on the ABC network, portrayed by Ryan Paevey. Created by head writer Ron Carlivati, Nathan was introduced in late 2013 by Frank Valentini as a love interest for Maxie Jones. In January 2018, Paevey announced he had opted to leave the serial of his own decision.
