Visma–Lease a Bike is a Dutch professional bicycle racing team, successor of the former Rabobank. The team consists of four sections: ProTeam, Women's Team, Development Team, and cyclo-cross.
Visma is a privately held company headquartered in Oslo, Norway, that provides business software and information technology-related development and consultancy. The majority of the company is owned by HgCapital, a private equity firm.
Maarten Wynants is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2005 and 2021 for the Chocolade Jacques–Topsport Vlaanderen, Quick-Step and Team Jumbo–Visma teams. He now works as a directeur sportif for his final professional team, UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike.
Robert Gesink is a Dutch professional cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. His major victories include the 2012 Tour of California, the 2011 Tour of Oman and the 2010 Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal. Gesink also won the Giro dell'Emilia twice and offered some good performances on Grand Tours and one-week stage races, thanks in part to his climbing and time trialing abilities.
Steven Kruijswijk is a Dutch road bicycle racer, who rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. Kruijswijk is best known for his strong ability in the mountains where he has taken his greatest success; he has taken two professional victories during his career – a stage win at the 2011 Tour de Suisse, and the general classification at the 2014 Arctic Race of Norway.

Tiesj Benoot is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike.

Pernille Mathiesen is a Danish professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Visma–Lease a Bike.
Sepp Kuss is an American professional cyclist from Durango, Colorado who rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. A talented climber, Kuss won the 2023 Vuelta a España, the first American to do so since Chris Horner in 2013. He has also won individual stages at the Tour de France and Vuelta a España.
Tobias Svendsen Foss is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers.
The 2020 season for the Team Jumbo–Visma road cycling team began in January at the Tour Down Under.

The 2021 season for Team Jumbo–Visma was the team's 38th season overall and the third season under the current name. The team has been a UCI WorldTeam since 2005, when the tier was first established. Ahead of the season, the team changed bicycle sponsor, as Canadian manufacturer Cervélo replaced Italian manufacturer Bianchi, which had been used by the team since 2014; the team also changed from rim brakes to disc brakes.
Cian Uijtdebroeks is a Belgian road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. Uijtdebroeks is considered to be a very promising talent, and has been compared to Remco Evenepoel.
The 2022 season for Team Jumbo–Visma is the team's 39th season overall and the fourth season under the current name. The team has been a UCI WorldTeam since 2005, when the tier was first established. They use Cervélo bicycles, Shimano drivetrain, Shimano wheels and Agu clothing.
