Rocks is the fourth studio album by American rock band Aerosmith, released in May 1976. AllMusic described Rocks as having "captured Aerosmith at their most raw and rocking." Rocks was ranked number 366 on the updated Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in 2020. It has greatly influenced many hard rock and heavy metal artists, including Guns N' Roses, Metallica, and Nirvana. The album was a commercial success, charting three singles on the Billboard Hot 100, two of which reached the Top 40. The album was one of the first to ship platinum when it was released, and has since gone quadruple platinum.
Skye Alexandra Sweetnam is a Canadian singer-songwriter, actress, and music video director. She first entered the music industry in 2003 with the release of her debut single "Billy S." Skillet is an American Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1996. The band currently consists of husband John Cooper and wife Korey Cooper along with Jen Ledger and Seth Morrison. Two of their albums, Comatose and Awake, are certified Platinum and Double Platinum respectively by the RIAA, while Rise and Unleashed are certified Gold as of June 29, 2020. The song's lyrics, which feature dark humor, are a sarcastic take on issues such as disease and violent sex.

Sick Puppies are an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1997. Sick Puppies rose to prominence in 2006 when their song "All the Same" was uploaded, along with a video, to YouTube. The video supported the Free Hugs Campaign, which was launched in Sydney, and has since received over 78 million views on the website. This success was followed up with Dressed Up as Life in 2007, which entered the Billboard 200 at number 181. Their second studio album, Tri-Polar, came out on 14 July 2009. The band's third studio album, Connect was released on 16 July 2013. They released their fourth studio album, Fury on 20 May 2016 with new vocalist Bryan Scott after Shimon Moore was kicked out of the band in October 2014.
