Silver Scooter / Cursive is a split EP by the bands Silver Scooter and Cursive. It was released in 1998 in a 10" vinyl format on Crank! Records [1] and later re-released on CD on May 5, 1999. [2] Silver Scooter's songs were produced by the band and Dave McNair, while Cursive's songs were produced by A.J. Mogis. [3]

The Faint is an American indie rock band. Formed in Omaha, Nebraska, the band consists of Todd Fink, Graham Ulicny, Dapose and Clark Baechle. The Faint was originally known as Norman Bailer and included Conor Oberst. He quit shortly after the band was formed, though the Faint continued to share a spot with Bright Eyes on Saddle Creek Records.
Faithless is a British electronic band formed in London, England in 1994 by Maxi Jazz, Sister Bliss and Rollo. The current, official lineup of the band consists of Bliss and Rollo. The band announced they would separate after their Passing the Baton dates at Brixton Academy on 7 and 8 April 2011. However, in February 2015, Jazz, Bliss and Rollo reunited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band, but Jazz left to form Maxi Jazz & The E-Type Boys later that year.

Commander Venus was an American Indie rock band from Omaha, Nebraska. Fronted by Conor Oberst and Tim Kasher, the band also included Todd Fink and Matt Bowen of The Faint, Ben Armstrong of Head of Femur and Robb Nansel, executive producer of the indie label Saddle Creek. Kasher subsequently went on to front the band Cursive, and Oberst later became famous as the core member of the indie folk collective Bright Eyes, and later the punk band Desaparecidos.

Drudkh is a Ukrainian black metal band. It currently consists of Roman Saenko, Thurios, Krechet, and Vlad. All four also belonged to Blood of Kingu until it was disbanded. Their lyrics and artistic themes embrace Slavic mythology and Ukrainian nationalism. The band is disputably associated with far-right politics, but rejects any explicit connection to a political ideology. Many of the band's lyrics are derived from the works of nineteenth- and twentieth-century Ukrainian poets and especially Taras Shevchenko.

Burst and Bloom is an EP by American indie rock band Cursive, released in 2001 on Saddle Creek Records. It is the band's first release with cellist Gretta Cohn. Some lyrics in the song "Sink To The Beat" reference the song-writing process and their record label. This theme would carry over to Cursive's next full length, The Ugly Organ, which again contained songs referencing the song writing process.

The Dear & Departed was an American rock band from Orange County and Los Angeles, California, founded by Dan Smith. Founded in 2006, the band went on the Vans Warped Tour and released their debut album Something Quite Peculiar that same year. In 2007, the band again played on the tour, and some other tours followed. After releasing an EP in January 2010, the band went into the studio in late 2010 to work on their next album titled, Every Waking Moment, which was released on Equal Vision Records on November 8, 2011. As of July 13, 2012, the band had split up.
