Sniper Records is the first Bulgarian hip-hop record label. It has helped many unknown artists to gain popularity and respect among the fans. The label was started by DJ Stancho together with Spens, Rado Stefanov AKA ChuP, Trombona a.k.a. MC Guinness, Slim and Ivaylo Tsvetkov in 2000. Soon many new artists joined Sniper Records and many albums were released. Sniper Records was a first step to Spens, Slim, The O.C.G, Da Drill, U.G., Dimna Zavesa, Bullet, Buck, Sr. Martini, DRS, Knockout and many more. The main producers were U.G, Spens, Bobo, ChuP and Sho-Sho (Dimna Zavesa - "Smoke Screen")

Spens, is a Bulgarian hip hop artist. He was born in Pleven on October 13, 1975.

Da BackWudz, also known by the name Labratz, was a rap duo from Decatur, Georgia consisting of Marcus "Big Marc" Thomas and James "Sho Nuff" Redding. The duo released one album, Wood Work, in 2006 and the album reached the position of 94 on the Billboard 200. They were signed to Dallas Austin's Rowdy Records and they released their first single, "You Gonna Luv Me", in 2004. Da BackWudz has performed in multiple tours, including BET's 2005 Black College Tour and MTV's Sucker Free Sunday Tour. Thomas and Redding later renamed themselves Labratz, joined together with Heavy Slim and G Wiz, and released one album, Atlantis Rising, before disbanding.

Curtis Williams, more commonly known as Spider Loc, is an American rapper and actor. He was formerly signed to G-Unit Records. He was also the CEO of G-Unit West.

Nervous Records is an American record label specializing in underground house and hip hop, founded in 1991. Noted for early productions by notables including Armand Van Helden, Mood II Swing, Masters At Work and Josh Wink. With its hip hop division Wreck Records, the label released a string of albums that are considered essential additions to any comprehensive hip hop collection. These include Black Moon "Enta Da Stage," Smif-n-Wessun "Dah Shinin'" and Mad Lion "Real Ting."

The Bulgarian hip hop culture development and influence is divided into two main periods. "The First Wave" ran from the mid-1980s to mid-1990s. This period is known with its underground rap and quite unfamiliar breakdancing crews, few graffiti artists and almost no DJs. At that time some of the active rappers were: In 1986 a street rapper called Ivo-Trombona recorded the first official Bulgarian rap song "This is a fake love" recorded in the only private recording studio back then - Dilema Studio in Sofia. Ivo-Trombona is considered the first Bulgarian Rapper and founder of the Bulgarian rap and hip hop culture. In 1991 an eclectic group of musicians, Dobo Rap Plamen Sound, recorded an experimental live rap album in the Black Sea city of Bourgas. Another follow ups at that time era were: Dynamic, Gumeni Glavi, Amnistea, Avi MC, Teslata and Bulldogz.

Dope Reach Squad or DRS is a Bulgarian hip-hop and reggae group. They originated as a graffiti crew in the city of Dobrich in 1998.

Dominick Antron Wickliffe, better known by his stage names Crooked I and Kxng Crooked, is an American rapper from Long Beach, California. He is currently CEO of his own record labels, Dynasty Entertainment and C.O.B. Digital as well as Senior Vice President of Treacherous Records. 116 (hip hop group)

The 116, formerly 116 Clique, is an American Southern Christian hip hop collective originally from Dallas, Texas signed to the Atlanta-based Reach Records. The group performs a wide variety of contemporary hip hop styles, from chopped and screwed to trap to Latin hip hop. The 116 Clique is named after the Bible verse Romans 1:16: "For I am not ashamed of the gospel: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile." For them it means acknowledging the power of the Gospel and the divine calling to proclaim it in every area of their life. "We can lay our lives down to serve and glorify God in everything we do."

Sho Baraka

Amisho Baraka Lewis, better known by his stage name Sho Baraka, is an American Christian hip-hop artist and writer who has recorded both independently and as a founding member of the 116 Clique. He was originally signed to Reach Records until leaving in March 2011. He then co-founded a record label and group known as "High Society" with fellow Christian rappers JR, Swoope, and Suzy Rock. His debut album Turn My Life Up was released in November 2007. His second album Lions and Liars, was released March 2010. His third album Talented Xth was released in January 2013. His fourth album, The Narrative, was released in October 2016.

Maria Ilieva is a Bulgarian singer and a producer. Ilieva was a judge on the first, second and third seasons of X factor (Bulgaria).

Anthony Johnson better known by his stage name Slim The Mobster is a Los Angeles-based rapper signed to Gang Module Records and formerly Aftermath Entertainment. Slim The Mobster was known as Dr. Dre's new protégé. Johnson's manager is John Monopoly, who ushered in Kanye West's rapping career. His influence includes gangsta rap acts like The D.O.C and The Notorious B.I.G. He took his rap name from notorious pimp Fillmore Slim and from being in the trap having the mindset of a Mobster.

Reach Records American label of Christian hip hop

Reach Records is an American independent record label specializing in Christian hip hop. The label was founded in 2004 by Ben Washer and the hip-hop artist Lecrae. In addition to Lecrae, the Reach Records roster contains artists Andy Mineo, Tedashii, Trip Lee, Gawvi, 1K Phew, WHATUPRG, Wande, and Hulvey. The hip-hop collective 116 operates under the label and consists primarily of the label's solo acts. The artists Aha Gazelle, Derek Minor, KB and Sho Baraka were formerly signed to the label, and DJ Official was under the label until his death. Reach Records is distributed by Columbia Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment.

1017 Records

1017 Records, also known as 1017 Global Music, LLC and formerly 1017 Bricksquad and 1017 Eskimo, is an American record label founded by Gucci Mane after his departure from Mizay Entertainment and the closing of So Icey. The label was home to Ralo, Hoodrich Pablo Juan, and others. Now it is home to new artists such as Pooh Shiesty and Foogiano.

No Limit Records

No Limit is an American record label founded by Master P. The label's albums were distributed by Priority, Universal and Koch Records. The label included artists such as Snoop Dogg, Mercedes, Silkk the Shocker, Mystikal, Mia X, Mac, C-Murder, Magic, Short Circuit, Lil Soldiers, Romeo Miller, Fiend, Kane & Abel, Soulja Slim, CFO Jefferson Macks, among others.
