SoBe Entertainment, LLC is an international entertainment parent company founded by Cecile D. Barker with music, film, TV, night club, management and digital subsidiaries.
The record label is a subsidiary of Fontana Distribution and Universal Music Group and has signed several recording artists who perform in the R&B, Hip Hop, Rap, Pop, Rock and Reggae genres. The company's corporate offices are based in South Beach, Miami, Florida.
The night club, SoBe Live, is located on Washington Avenue in South Beach and has been voted # 1 in the country by VH-1.[ citation needed ] Monika Olimpiew is the President and GM of SoBe Live.
SoBe Films is located on Lincoln Road in South Beach. The film company produces reality TV shows, short story films, documentaries, music videos and full-length movies for theaters. Yannique Barker is the CEO of the film and TV company.

Island Records is a multinational record label owned by Universal Music Group. It was founded in 1959 by Chris Blackwell, Graeme Goodall, and Leslie Kong in Jamaica, and was eventually sold to PolyGram in 1989. Island and A&M Records, another label recently acquired by PolyGram, were both at the time the largest independent record labels in history, with Island having exerted a major influence on the progressive music scene in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s. Dread Zeppelin is an American reggae rock band. Formed in 1989 in Sierra Madre, California, the band combines hard rock and reggae styles with humor. They are best known for performing the songs of Led Zeppelin in a reggae style as sung by a Las Vegas Elvis impersonator. Over the years they have also performed songs originally by Elvis Presley, Bob Marley and The Yardbirds. The group toured extensively around the world during their tenure with I.R.S. Records.

PolyGram N.V. was a multinational entertainment company and major music record label formerly based in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1962 as the Grammophon-Philips Group by Dutch corporation Philips and German corporation Siemens, to be a holding for their record companies, and was renamed "PolyGram" in 1972. The name was chosen to reflect the Siemens interest Polydor Records and the Philips interest Phonogram Records. Captain & Tennille were American recording artists whose primary success occurred in the 1970s. The husband-and-wife team were "Captain" Daryl Dragon (1942–2019) and Toni Tennille. Frederick Anthony Jackson is an American singer. Originally from New York, Jackson began his professional music career in the late 1970s with the California funk band Mystic Merlin. All Tomorrow's Parties was an organisation based in London that promoted music festivals, concerts and records throughout the world for over ten years. It was founded by Barry Hogan in 2001 in preparation for the first All Tomorrow's Parties Festival, the line-up of which was picked by Mogwai and took place at Pontins, Camber Sands, England. Named after the song "All Tomorrow's Parties" by the Velvet Underground, the festival exhibited a tendency towards post-rock, indie rock, avant-garde music, and underground hip hop, along with more traditional rock fare presented in smaller venues than typical stadium performances. It was at first a sponsorship-free festival where the organisers and artists stay in the same accommodation as the fans. It claimed to set itself apart from festivals like Reading or Glastonbury by staying intimate, non-corporate and fan-friendly. Another difference was the line-ups being chosen by significant bands or artists, resulting in unorthodox events which often combined acts of all sizes, eras, and genres.

Beach music is most closely associated with the style of dance known as the shag, or the Carolina shag, which is also the official state dance of both North Carolina and South Carolina. The Mystics are an American rock and roll group that began in Brooklyn, New York, United States, in the late 1950s. The group was known as The Overons, a quintet that, when signed to Laurie Records, consisted of Phil Cracolici, Albee Cracolici, George Galfo, Bob Ferrante, and Al Contrera. Under the direction of their manager, Jim Gribble, The Overons became The Mystics when each group member wrote a name they liked on a slip of paper and placed the papers in a hat; Contrera's choice was drawn.
Undiscovered is the debut album from American singer Brooke Hogan, released on October 24, 2006 by Storch Music Company and SoBe Entertainment. The album sold 30,000 copies in its first week, debuting at No. 28. As of April 2007, the album had sold a total of 127,000 copies. The album was going to be re-released in 2007 along with a new single, but instead Hogan decided to begin work on her second album.
Don Ralke was an American music arranger, composer, and record producer, working for four decades in the Hollywood studio system in films, television, and pop recordings. He was born on July 13, 1920 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Ralke died on January 26, 2000 in Santa Rosa, California.

The Redemption is the second studio album by American singer Brooke Hogan. The album was released on July 21, 2009 under SoBe Entertainment and Fontana Records. Brooke collaborated with several artists for the album, including Stack$, Colby O'Donis, and Flo Rida. The album received more positive reviews than her debut, but sold only approximately 15,000 copies to date. A Mixtape was released on July 4, 2009 en-titled "Judgment Day" to coincide with the release of "The Redemption".
