Stephen Cosgrove (born 29 December 1980 in Glasgow), is a Scottish footballer, who plays as a midfielder.
Cosgrove began his career with Manchester United. After an unsuccessful trial with Ipswich Town, he returned to Scotland in 2001 to join Motherwell, where he made a handful of appearances. He was one of 19 players controversially released by the Lanarkshire side when they entered into administration in April 2002. Stephen then joined Clyde where he featured in the team which finished runners up in the Scottish First Division. He then left Clyde to join ambitious Gretna, where he played for two years.

River City is a Scottish television soap opera created by Stephen Greenhorn which has been broadcast on BBC One Scotland since 24 September 2002. Since 2019, the show has aired episodes a day earlier on the new BBC Scotland channel. From its inception in 2002, the soap struggled to grasp viewers' approval, but would gradually see a rise in popularity. Stephen James O'Donnell is a Scottish footballer who plays as a midfielder. He began his career with Dundee United, making his debut in 2002. He spent time on loan with Ross County before leaving Dundee United in 2005 to play briefly in England with Boston United. Returning to Scottish football, O'Donnell had spells with Clyde and St Mirren before joining Dundee in 2010, where he later became club captain. He rejoined Clyde in 2014 and left the club in 2015.
