Gran Sasso d'Italia is a massif in the Apennine Mountains of Italy. Its highest peak, Corno Grande 2,912 metres (9,554 ft), is the highest mountain in the Apennines, and the second-highest mountain in Italy outside the Alps. The mountain lies within Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park.
Møysalen National Park is a national park located on the island of Hinnøya in Nordland county, Norway. The park was established in 2003 to preserve undisturbed coastal alpine landscape. The scenery is characterized by peaks jutting out of the ocean and fjords, the highest point is the 1,262-metre (4,140 ft) tall Møysalen mountain. The park mostly lies in Lødingen Municipality, but the far northern part crosses over into Sortland Municipality.
Gran Paradiso National Park, is an Italian national park in the Graian Alps, between the Aosta Valley and Piedmont regions. The park is named after Gran Paradiso mountain, which is located in the park; it is contiguous with the French Vanoise National Park. The land the park encompasses was initially protected in order to protect the Alpine ibex from poachers, as it was a personal hunting ground for King Victor Emmanuel II, but now also protects other species.
Vestre Bjonevatnet is a small lake in Norway. The 2.16-square-kilometre (0.83 sq mi) lake is located primarily in Ringerike Municipality in Buskerud county and the far northern tip of the lake stretches across the border into Søndre Land Municipality and Gran Municipality in Innlandet county. The lake is situated between the lakes Sperillen and Randsfjorden. The European route E16 highway runs north–south, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) to the west of the lake.
Øyangen is a lake on the border of the municipalities of Gran in Innlandet county and Hurdal in Akershus county in Norway. The 4.03-square-kilometre (1.56 sq mi) lake lies about 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of the village of Jaren and about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) to the west of the larger lake Hurdalsjøen.
