The Suffolk Girls & Women's Football League is a women's association football competition run by the Suffolk County Football Association. It sits at level 7 of the women's football pyramid in England.

Eastern Region Womens Football League

The Eastern Region Women's Football League is at the fifth and sixth levels of the English women's football pyramid, with the seven other Regional Leagues – London & SE, Southern, South West, East Mids, West Mids, North East and North West. The Eastern Region Women's Football League feeds directly into the FA Women's Premier League Division One, and lies above the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Football League, Cambridgeshire Football League, Essex County League, Norfolk Football League, and Suffolk Football League in the pyramid. The pyramid structure was founded in 1998.

The Football Association Women's Super League is the highest league of women's football in England. Established in 2010, it is run by the Football Association and currently features 12 fully professional teams.

The Cheshire Women's & Youth Football League is an amateur competitive women's association football competition based in Cheshire, England run by the Cheshire FA. Founded in the 2011–12 season, the league is a recipient of the FA Charter Standard Award.

The Lancashire FA Women's County League is an amateur competitive women's association football competition based in Lancashire, England run by the Lancashire FA. Founded in 1996 as the Lancashire FA Girls League, the league consists of two division at levels 7 and 8 of the women's pyramid. 2018–19 FA Womens National League

The 2018–19 FA Women's National League is the 27th season of the competition, and the first since a restructure and rebranding of the top four tiers of English football by The Football Association. Began in 1992, it was previously known as the FA Women's Premier League. It sits at the third and fourth levels of the women's football pyramid, below the FA Women's Championship and above the eight regional football leagues.

The 2018–19 FA Women's Cup was the 49th staging of the Women's FA Cup, a knockout cup competition for women's football teams in England. Chelsea were the defending champions, having beaten Arsenal 3–1 in the previous final.

The 2018–19 FA Women's National League Plate is the fifth running of the competition, which began in 2014. It is the secondary League Cup competition run by the FA Women's National League, and is run in parallel with the league's primary League Cup competition, the National League Cup.
