Faithless British electronica band

Faithless are a British electronica band consisting of Maxi Jazz, Sister Bliss and Rollo. The group is best known for the songs "Salva Mea", "Insomnia", "God Is a DJ" and "We Come 1". Faithless recorded six studio albums, with total sales exceeding 15 million records worldwide. The band announced they would split up after their Passing the Baton dates at Brixton Academy on 7 and 8 April 2011. However, in February 2015, they reunited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band.

<i>Outrospective</i> album

Outrospective is the third album by Faithless, released on 18 June 2001 it was the follow-up to Sunday 8PM and the predecessor to No Roots. The single "We Come 1" had the most success charting at #3 on the UK Singles Chart, "One Step Too Far" charted at #6 with vocals from Dido, while "Muhammad Ali" and "Tarantula" both charted at #29. The Album itself made #4 on the UK Albums Chart. The cover photograph was taken during the May 1968 students uprisings in Paris, France. In the cover booklet of Forever Faithless - The Greatest Hits, Rollo Armstrong has stated that despite Outrospective being their biggest selling album in the UK, it is, however, his least favorite.

Sunday 8PM is Faithless' second album, released on 28 September 1998. The album contains the hit singles "Bring My Family Back", "Take the Long Way Home", and "God Is a DJ". The album reached #10 place in the UK charts. In 1999, Sunday 8PM was one of twelve albums to make the shortlist for the Mercury Prize.

<i>Everything Will Be Alright Tomorrow</i> 2004 remix album by Faithless

Everything Will Be Alright Tomorrow is a remix album released in August 2004 by the British electronica band Faithless. The group has released remix discs in follow-up to their prior three studio albums and Everything Will Be Alright Tomorrow follows in that tradition though it is the first to be released on its own. Additionally, rather than containing remixes, it contains instrumental versions of eight tracks from No Roots along with an original recording "Blissy's Groove".

The Triple J's Impossible Music Festival is a recurring event that has been broadcast on Australia's Triple J radio station over 55-hour periods in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Each event comprises 55 live music recordings from Triple J's music archives. The first went to air over the 26–29 August 2005, to celebrate the 30 years worth of live music recorded by Triple J. The second was broadcast over 6–9 October 2006. The third was aired over 25–27 May 2007. The fourth was recently aired across 19–21 September 2008.

Ronald K. Keys Jr. aka DJ Swamp is an American hip hop DJ, turntablist, producer and vocalist. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. He currently resides in Los Angeles, United States. In 1996, he won the title of US DMC Champion, his first year entering the tournament. Currently he is touring with the band Ministry. Swamp toured with Beck for four years and later broke away into a solo career with his release "Never is Now" in 2001. Alternative Press gave "Never is Now" an 8/10 rating.

2011 World Mens Curling Championship

The 2011 World Men's Curling Championship was held in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada from April 2–10, 2011. In the final, Jeff Stoughton skipped the Canadian rink to a 6–5 victory over Scotland's Tom Brewster. The gold medal was Stoughton's second and Canada's 33rd gold medal at the world.

2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials

The 2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials were held from December 1 to 8 at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The event is also known and advertised as the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings. The winners of the men's and women's events were chosen to represent Canada at the 2014 Winter Olympics.

The 2011 Canadian Masters Curling Championships were held from March 30 to April 5 at the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In the men's final, Garry Gelowitz of British Columbia defeated John Usackis of Manitoba with a tally of 6–3, while Joyce McDougall of Manitoba defeated Karin Host of British Columbia 11–3 in the women's final.

2012 World Mens Curling Championship

The 2012 World Men's Curling Championship was held from March 31 to April 8 at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland. The 2012 World Men's Championship was one of the curling events that is a qualifier for the curling tournament at the 2014 Winter Olympics.

The 2013 Players' Championship was a curling tournament held from April 16 to 21 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario as part of the 2012–13 World Curling Tour. It was the fourth men's and fifth women's Grand Slam event of the 2012–13 curling season. The event was held in a round robin format.

2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Pre-Trials

The qualification event for the 2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials, known and advertised as the Capital One Road to the Roar, was held from November 5 to 10 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex in Kitchener, Ontario. The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, colloquially known as "The Aud," has previously been host to major curling events, most recently the 2003 Scott Tournament of Hearts. The top two finishers of the men's and women's events qualified to participate in the 2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials.

The 2015 Players' Championship was held from April 7 to 12 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario. It was the fifth and final Grand Slam of the 2014–15 World Curling Tour.

The 2016 Players' Championship was held from April 12 to 17 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario. It was the sixth men's and fifth women's Grand Slam of the 2015–16 World Curling Tour.
