The 2008 WAFF Championship was the fifth West Asian Football Federation Championship, an international tournament for West Asian countries and territories. It was hosted by Iran.

The 2008–09 Azadegan League was the 18th season of the Azadegan League and eight as the second highest division since its establishment in 1991. 2015 Hazfi Cup Final Football match

The 2015 Hazfi Cup Final was the 28th final since 1975. The match was contested by Zob Ahan and Naft Tehran at Takhti Stadium in Tehran. The match was played on 1 June 2015 and was the final match of the competition. Zob Ahan won 3–1 and won their third title in the competition. They also qualified for the group stages of the 2016 AFC Champions League.

2020 Hazfi Cup Final Football match

2020 Hazfi Cup Final was the final match of the 33rd edition of Hazfi Cup that was held between Tractor and Esteghlal at Imam Reza Stadium in Mashhad. Tractor won 3-2 against Esteghlal and won the cup for the second time.
