Tane Tu'ipulotu (born 7 February 1982) [2] is a former rugby union player for the Hurricanes in the Super Rugby competition. He played as a centre. He was loaned to the Manawatu Turbos for the 2006 season. [2] He has represented the Pacific Islanders. In summer of 2008 he signed for the Guinness Premiership side Newcastle Falcons, to arrive in November 2008, after the Air New Zealand cup. [3] Tu'ipulotu quickly became a fan favourite at the club before joining the Yamaha Júbilo in 2012. [4] In 2013 he retired from rugby due to a knee injury. [5]

From here he progress into the Hurricanes schools team which lead to him being put into the academy. Leota followed the rugby path with no success until 2004 where he made his debut for Manawatu Rugby before making his breakthrough season to the Highlanders super rugby squad after a stunning 2007 season. He was offered a contract with the West Tigers in NRL 2007 but chose to go with the Highlanders.

Josh Bradnock is a retired New Zealand Super Rugby rugby player. Bradnock captained the Manawatu Turbos in the Air New Zealand Cup. He was one of the top openside flankers in New Zealand rugby. Josh Bradnock was an exciting addition to 2009 Hurricanes squad by adding depth and enthusiasm to the loose forward stocks. However, injury severely limited his first season and eventually forced his early retirement from the game.
