Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love is a 1996 Indian historical erotic romance film co-written, co-produced, and directed by Mira Nair. The first portion of the film is based on "Utran", a short story in Urdu by the Indian writer Wajida Tabassum. The film takes its title from the ancient Indian text, the Kama Sutra. It stars Naveen Andrews, Sarita Choudhury, Ramon Tikaram, Rekha and Indira Varma. The English-language film was produced by Indian, British, German and Japanese studios.

Victoria No. 203 is a 1972 Indian Hindi-language heist comedy film produced and directed by Brij. The film stars Saira Banu, Navin Nischol, Ranjeet, Anwar Hussain and Helen. Ashok Kumar and Pran play key supporting roles and earned the Filmfare nominations for the film. The music by Kalyanji–Anandji and the roles of Ashok Kumar and Pran made this a "superhit" at the box office. The movie was remade in Telugu in 1974 as Andaru Dongale starring Shobhan Babu and Laxmi and in Tamil in 1974 as Vairam starring Jaishankar and Jayalalithaa. The 1995 Kannada movie Giddu Dada was also inspired by this movie. It was also remade in Bengali in 2005 as Chore Chore Mastuto Bhai. A Hindi remake of the film produced by Brij's son Kamal Sadanah was released in August 2007 with the same title. The climax of this movie went on to be reused in the 1994 cult classic comedy Andaz Apna Apna. Priyadarshan scripted Malayalam film Samrambham is also its remake.
Janbaaz is a 1986 Indian action drama film, produced and directed by Feroz Khan, which became popular for its portrayal of drug addiction and Anil Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia's steamy sex scene. Sridevi appeared in a special appearance opposite Khan. Capitalising on her superstardom, Khan featured her in the song "Har Kisiko Nahi Milta Yahan Pyaar Zindagi Mein" which became a chart-topper. The film was a hit at box office. Dimple Kapadia's performance, with her chemistry and love making scene with co-star Anil Kapoor, was much appreciated and is considered to be one of her best.

Waar 2 is an upcoming Pakistani action-thriller film directed & written by Hassan Rana. It is a sequel to Bilal Lashari's directed 2013 film Waar. The film stars Shaan Shahid returning as Major Mujtaba Rizvi, Aleeze Nasser, Agha Haris Durrani and Bilal Ashraf. Unlike the original film, which was based on true events, the sequel will be a complete fictional story. The film was originally going to be released in 2017. Eurekha! is a biography of the actress Rekha by the columnist and author Mohan Deep. The book details her Bollywood acting career and her short-term marriage with the industrialist Mukesh Aggarwal. It was published on 17 December 1999 by Shivani Publications and later reprinted in a number of Indian languages, including a serialisation in the magazine Anandalok. It received negative reviews from critics, who panned Deep's writing and the book's contents. Rekha herself was critical of the book due to its misinformation.
