Team Visma–Lease a Bike is a Dutch professional bicycle racing team, successor of the former Rabobank. The team consists of four sections: ProTeam, Women's Team, Development Team, and cyclo-cross.
Maarten Wynants is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2005 and 2021 for the Chocolade Jacques–Topsport Vlaanderen, Quick-Step and Team Jumbo–Visma teams. He now works as a directeur sportif for his final professional team, UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike.
Riejanne Ockeloen-Markus is a Dutch professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Team Visma–Lease a Bike. In 2022, Markus won the Dutch National Road Race Championships. A year later she won the Dutch National Time Trial Championships, beating Demi Vollering and Annemiek van Vleuten. Markus is the older sister of SD Worx rider Femke Markus, but they are not related to Barry Markus and his sister Kelly Markus. On October 21, 2023 she married Dutch cyclist, beachracer and gravel specialist Jasper Ockeloen.

Cian Uijtdebroeks is a Belgian road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. Uijtdebroeks is considered to be a very promising talent, and has been compared to Remco Evenepoel. He made his professional debut in 2022 and won the Tour de l'Avenir. He would also make headlines at the 2023 Vuelta a Espana where he finished eighth overall in his grand tour debut. In December 2023 he signed for Team Jumbo Visma for a four year deal until 2027, but his current team, Bora–Hansgrohe, would dispute this, saying that he was contracted through 2024 with the team. Eventually, the parties reached an agreement for Cian to ride with Team Visma-Lease a Bike in 2024.
