The Tenth Doctor comic stories is a wide range of adventures featuring the tenth incarnation of the Doctor, the Time Lord protagonist of the popular sci-fi series, Doctor Who . The range had the unprecedented claim of appearing in four regularly published titles: the long established Doctor Who Magazine , the more recently launched Doctor Who Adventures, aimed at a younger audience, the Doctor Who: Battles in Time magazine (a title used to support the sale of an expanding number of collectable trading cards that accompany the magazine or could be purchased separately), and Doctor Who, a US monthly title launched in 2009. In 2010, the comic stories passed onto the Eleventh Doctor.

With 13 issues a year, as well as producing triannual deluxe Special Editions (2002–) and Bookazines (2013–), the publication features behind the scenes articles on the TV show and other media, as well as producing its own comic strip. Its founding editor was Dez Skinn, and the longest-serving editor was Tom Spilsbury who served from 2007 to 2017. He was succeeded by Marcus Hearn, who took over from Spilsbury in July 2017. The incumbent editor is Jason Quinn, who took over from Hearn in September 2023. DWM is recognised by Guinness World Records as the longest running TV tie-in magazine, celebrating 40 years of continuous publication on 11 October 2019. The New Series Adventures are a series of novels relating to the long-running BBC science fiction television series, Doctor Who. The 'NSAs', as they are often referred to, are published by BBC Books, and are regularly published twice a year. Beginning with the Tenth Doctor, a series of 'Quick Reads' have also been available, published once a year. With exception to the Quick Reads, all of the NSAs have been published in hardcover to begin with, and have been reprinted in paperback for boxed collections that are exclusive to The Book People and Tesco. Some of the reprints amend pictures of the companion of the novel from the cover. Some of the hardback editions have also been reprinted to amend pictures of Rose.
