The 20/20 Project is a Canadian hip hop trio from Toronto, Ontario, formed in 2010. The group consists of D-Squared (Emcee), Idrees (Emcee and sometimes credited as Drees or Bigg Drees) and producer The Unknown DJ, aka DJ Unknown. Their style is old school hip hop; their songs, which are mainly produced and mixed by DJ Unknown, focus on wordplay and storytelling. [1] [2] [3]

Contents

Their debut EP, Employees of the Year [1] received generally positive reviews, [1] [4] and consistently charted in the top 10 on a number of Campus Radio Stations across Canada. [5] [6] [7] It peaked #1 on Ottawa's CHUO 89.1 hip hop charts the week ending November 16, 2010. [8]

In 2015, The 20/20 Project released the album Tapes and Crates . The band has been quiet since then.

Pop Shuvit is a Malaysian hip hop-rap rock band. Comprising Moots! (MC), JD, AJ, Rudy (drums) and DJ Uno, the band who got its name from a skateboarding trick of almost the same name began making waves in the local music scene in late 2001 and since then, has had 5 successful releases under their belt and gained a sizeable fanbase in Asia notably in Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Singapore. Employees of the Year is the debut EP from Toronto rap group The 20/20 Project. It was released by Incognito Entertainment on July 27, 2010 and marketed by URBNET Records and was produced, mixed and mastered by DjUnknown. The album features one guest appearance by Akim of Tru-Paz on the remix to the lead single "Back to Work". The EP received generally positive reviews and consistently charted in the top 10 on a number of Campus Radio Stations across Canada. Boombox Saints

Boombox Saints was a hip hop and R&B group based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The band officially formed in 2008 taking their name from the 1990s film Boondock Saints. Within four years, Boombox Saints released two EPs, The Boombox EP and Bringin' the Boom Back: Based on a True Story as well as a full-length debut album titled For the Moment. They shared stages with successful and respected acts including J. Cole, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Mos Def, Jay Electronica, Talib Kweli, Souls of Mischief, Far East Movement, Danny Fernandes and Sean Paul.

Tru-Paz are a Toronto-based hip hop group, composed of core members Akim, Boozie, Jakie Lu and producer Dj Unknown. They have been recording and releasing hip hop music since 2001. Tru-Paz have described their sound as hip hop with reggae and soul influences. To date, they have released 4 albums and 2 EPs, all with URBNET Records/Incognito Entertainment.
