The Churchill Years is a Big Finish Productions audio play series based on the TV show Doctor Who . It sees the return of Ian McNeice as Winston Churchill from the Eleventh Doctor era. The first volume of stories was released in January 2016 [1] and a second volume was released in February 2018. [2]

The Big FinishShort Trips are a collection of short story anthologies published by Big Finish Productions based on the BBC Television series Doctor Who, beginning with the collection Short Trips: Zodiac in December 2002 and ending with the loss of their license in 2009. The Short Trips name was inherited from similar collections published by the BBC, who decided in March 2000 that it was no longer financially viable to produce collections of short stories. Big Finish Productions negotiated a licence to continue producing these collections, publishing them in smaller runs and in hardback, thus allowing for a higher cover price and increased profit margins than on the BBC collections.

<i>Doctor Who: Destiny of the Doctor</i>

Doctor Who: Destiny of the Doctor is a series of audiobooks produced by Big Finish Productions for AudioGo. They were released monthly through the first eleven months of 2013 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of British television series Doctor Who. The series – composed of eleven separate releases, one for each incarnation of the Doctor – is performed in the third-person by an actor associated with each era of the show, with additional dialogue provided by a guest actor, in a similar vein to Big Finish's own The Companion Chronicles series. The series is notable for being the first time Big Finish was allowed to directly feature current era characters, due to the collaboration with AudioGo.

Doctor Who: The Monthly Adventures, formerly titled the Main Range, is a series that consists of full-cast audio dramas based on the British science fiction television programme Doctor Who, produced by Nicholas Briggs and Big Finish Productions and starring one of the original actors to play The Doctor on television in the classic era of the programme. The main audio series currently feature the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Doctors, and have since developed the pattern of thirteen releases per year, one every month with two in September or December. In May 2020, Big Finish announced that the Main Range would conclude with its 275th release in March 2021, to be replaced with regular releases of each Doctor in their own boxsets throughout the year from January 2022. In 2012, Big Finish Productions began producing a drama featuring Doctor Who's fourth Doctor, as portrayed by Tom Baker.
