The Cormorant I & II, also referred to as The Cormorant, is the fourth studio album released by American band San Fermin. The album was released in two parts, functioning as a thematic double album. The first half, The Cormorant I, was released in late 2019 and the second half was released in combination with I as The Cormorant I & II in March 2020. [1] These were the first records to be released under the band's new imprint Better Company, in partnership with Sony Music.
This album was the first release with the group's new vocalist Karlie Bruce and saw an expanded singing role for Claire Wellin. Other contributors of note include singers Sarah Pedinotti, Samia, and longtime collaborator Eliza Bagg (Lisel), as well as harpist Lavinia Meijer and Attacca Quartet, among others.
Like all previous San Fermin releases, the records was written and produced by bandleader Ellis Ludwig-Leone. He wrote the record in the northwestern Icelandic town of Ísafjörður in 2018; [2] Icelandic musician Halldór Smárason, and friend of Ludwig-Leone who played in early San Fermin shows, [3] lives here.
Ludwig-Leone returned to Brooklyn later that year and began working with his San Fermin bandmates, namely Allen Tate, Claire Wellin, John Brandon, Stephen Chen, Michael Hanf, Tyler McDiarmid and Aki Ishiguro, to shape and record the record. [2] During that time, they recruited a new vocalist, New York-based Australian singer-songwriter Karlie Bruce, [4] [5] and recorded with Sarah Pedinotti (of Lip Talk), and Samia Finnerty (of Samia).

Undermind is the eleventh studio album by American rock band Phish, released on June 15, 2004 by Elektra Records. The album was the group's last release before they disbanded in August 2004. It is also their final studio release for Elektra Records ; When the band reunited in 2009, their subsequent albums would be released through their own JEMP Records label which had launched in December 2005 for live releases.

Me Estoy Enamorando is the sixth studio album by Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández. It was released by Sony Music Mexico on 23 September 1997. It marks a musical style change where Fernández performs pop ballads and boleros as opposed to ranchera music. His decision to record a pop album transpired after having aspirations to expand his audience. Fernández asked Emilio Estefan to produce his next project after listening to Mi Tierra (1993) by his wife Gloria Estefan. Recording took place at Estefan's Crescent Moon Studios in Miami, Florida. Estefan's partner Kike Santander co-produced the recording along with Estefan and composed most of the album's tracks. The musical style consists of pop-boleros with ranchera influences while the lyrics reflect the theme of love. Four singles were released from the album: "Si Tú Supieras", "En El Jardín", "No Sé Olvidar", and "Yo Nací Para Amarte". Each of them reached number one on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart in the United States. A tour to promote the album was launched in the US and Latin America.
Heart Strings is the thirteenth studio album released by Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler, released in 2003. It is composed entirely of cover songs that she selected. The tracks were recorded with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Karl Jenkins.

This was followed by the records Jackrabbit and Belong in 2015 and 2017, respectively. Their fourth album, a double album titled The Cormorant I & II, was released in full in March 2020.

Warzone is an album by Yoko Ono released on 24 October 2018, her 50th anniversary as a musician. It consists of 13 songs she picked up and reconstructed from her past albums released from 1970 to 2009. It also includes the newest version of the 1971 song "Imagine" by John Lennon. Since Take Me to the Land of Hell in 2013, this is the Ono's first in five years and 20th original album in total. This includes a bonus track only for Japan.
San Fermin is the self-titled debut album by chamber pop collective San Fermin. It was developed, written, and produced by composer Ellis Ludwig-Leone and performed by a loose collection of New York-based musicians who performed Ludwig-Leone's composition under the name San Fermin. An official band came about after the recording of the record. San Fermin received critical acclaim from outlets including NPR and Pitchfork.
