The Gentlemen's Rant is an online series created by John Elerick. The show began on September 2, 2011. The show features four hosts ranting about a certain topic. Topics that have been featured on the show include hipsters [1] [2] Starbucks, and a pro-gun control stance, [3] [4] [5] among other topics. [6] [7] [8]

Episodes of The Gentlemen's Rant have been featured on BuzzFeed [1] [9] and The Huffington Post. [2] [5]

Two other shows, The Gentlemen's Response and The Gentlemen's Rebuttal were created by Elerick. Response, an online series where the hosts reply to comments left on past episodes, premiered on January 12, 2012. [10] Rebuttal, an online series, with the premise of Rant that uses the video submissions of the audience instead of the four main hosts, premiered on May 17, 2012. [11]

Elerick was featured in a Water.org video, alongside Matt Damon. [12]

Buzz was a 2000-2005 Canadian comedy television series that aired on The Comedy Network. The show was hosted by "Mista Mo" and Daryn Jones. The show originally aired in the mid-90s as a community channel show on Rogers Television before getting a network deal in 1999. In 2001, the show won a Gemini Award in the "Best Writing in a Comedy or Variety Program or Series" category. The 2003 season saw them take the show to New York, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. The show ended in 2005.

ClickHole is a satirical website that parodies clickbait websites such as BuzzFeed and Upworthy. It was launched on June 12, 2014, in conjunction with The Onion's decision to stop its print edition and shift its focus exclusively to the internet. According to ClickHole's senior editor, Jermaine Affonso, the website is "The Onion's response to click-bait content" and serves as "a parody of online media". Critics noted that, on a deeper level, ClickHole illustrates the shallow nature of social media content and media sites' desperation to share such content.

Worth It was an American entertainment web series by BuzzFeed. Starring Steven Lim and Andrew Ilnyckyj, it ran from September 18, 2016 to April 8, 2023. Posted to Hulu and YouTube, each episode of the series compares three different food dishes from three locations that are sold at low, medium, and high price points.

The Starbucks Red Cup, also called the Starbucks holiday cup, is a modern Christmas and holiday season tradition and promotional campaign operated by coffee chain Starbucks; each winter, some hot drinks served at Starbucks cafés will be served in cups with a red background and various festive designs instead of the regular white cups. New designs are used each year. Starbucks have used the campaign to support HIV/AIDS research. In 2015 the cups were plain red without the festive designs, and were accused of being anti-Christian.
