The Grand Opening (TGO) is the musical alias of the Swedish musician John Roger Olsson. TGO releases records on the Hamburg, Germany based label Tapete Records. In July 2013 Tapete Records announced that TGO will release the new album Don't Look Back Into The Darkness on October 11. [1]
The Grand Opening started as four piece based in Ånge, Sweden in 1999. After being active as a band for two years, singer and songwriter John Roger Olsson moved to Stockholm and restarted the band. [2] During the years, The Grand Opening has had many different members for both live shows and recordings. Their first release was the free digital EP Location which was released by It's a Trap! The Bear Quartet was a cult indie rock band from Luleå in northern Sweden. They were formed in the summer of 1989 with the original roster of Mattias Alkberg on guitar and vocals, Jari Haapalainen and Johan Forsling on guitar, Peter Nuottaniemi on bass, and Magnus Olsson on drums. However, the band's lineup changed significantly before eventually settling on Mattias Alkberg on vocals and guitar, Jari Haapalainen on guitar, Peter Nuottaniemi on bass, Jejo Perkovic on drums, and Calle Olsson on keyboards. Their name is a reference to the novel Gentlemen by Klas Östergren. Although they were formed in 1989, they didn't garner the attention of a record label until 1992. They made records at a steady rate from 1992, with their debut album, Penny Century, to 2010 with their final album Monty Python. Their albums were often received favorably, but they never resulted in large sales, usually only selling between 1,000 and 10,000 units per disc. The band is very obscure across the world, although they are much better known in Sweden.
Rolf Adam Engelbrekt Alsing was a Swedish television and radio presenter, best known for presenting Big Brother Sweden on Kanal 5. He moved to TV4 in 2005, presenting the Swedish version of Jeopardy!. He also presented his own show, Adam Live. He later ventured into radio, presenting shows on Rix FM and Mix Megapol.

Leif "Loket" Olsson, is a Swedish television host, sports journalist, radio host, and danceband singer. He is most recognized as the host of Bingolotto on TV4 between 1991 and 1999. Olsson got his big breakthrough as the host of the radio programme Radio Ringlinjen which started in 1978. In 1992 Olsson was awarded the Lennart Hyland-Award as "most popular television personality of 1992" for his work on Bingolotto. Olsson is also known for hosting Svenska Idrottsgalan between 2000 and 2002, and also for the economy show Deklarera med Loket och Unni.
