The Villas are an American indie rock band from Austin, Texas. The band's sound is generally a mix of bright guitars with melodic vocal lines. There have been comparisons to post-punk. [1] Following prior single releases, The Villas' first extended-play record Century of Tries was released in 2012. Their music has been featured on popular mix tapes by HelloGiggles [2] and BIRP! The band played Austin's Pecan Street Festival in May 2012.
The band was started by songwriter Jonathan Berry and bassist Jay Cesak, formerly of Austin band Two Guy Trio. [3] Later additions of drummer Chris Thompson and guitarist Pete Mcgraw would round out the lineup.
In 2012, The Villas released their first extended-play record, Century of Tries. Recorded in Austin, Texas, the record was mixed by Reggie O'Farrell (The Fox Derby) and mastered by Joe LaPorta (Foo Fighters) at The Lodge (Mastering). [4]

My Generation is the debut studio album by English rock band the Who, released on 3 December 1965 by Brunswick Records in the United Kingdom, and Festival Records in Australia. In the United States, it was released on 25 April 1966 by Decca Records as The Who Sings My Generation, with a different cover and a slightly altered track listing. Suffer is the third album by American punk rock band Bad Religion, released on the Californian independent record label Epitaph Records on September 8, 1988. It was the first album that was both released and distributed by the label. Following the release of the EP Back to the Known (1985), Bad Religion went on a temporary hiatus, then reunited with its original members and went to work on their first full-length studio album in five years.
Against the Grain is the fifth album by American punk rock band Bad Religion, released on November 23, 1990. It was the last album recorded with drummer Pete Finestone, who left in 1991 to concentrate with his new project The Fishermen. Following his departure, the band's music would take a different direction on their next album, 1992's Generator. The Visitors were an American rock band that formed in Little Rock, Arkansas in the summer of 1997. They played a brand of rock with very fuzzy tones and emphasized anthemic melodies with prevalent harmonies. Headed by singer-songwriter Jonathan Berry, they played many concerts around the state of Arkansas. After they disbanded guitarist Will Boyd went on to join the band Evanescence and bassist Elliott Walker formed the group Caulfield's Aside. Berry went on to release a single entitled Hayseed in 2003. In 2004 Jonathan Berry formed a new lineup under The Visitors name in Austin, Texas.

The Boxing Lesson is a rock band from Austin, Texas. A power trio with synthesizers performing the bass player's role, they create a mammoth psychedelic 'wall of sound' that begins minimally and builds into grand orchestrations. Vocalist and guitarist Paul Waclawsky and synthesizer player Jaylinn Davidson combine strong songwriting with desert rock, guitar freak-outs, soul space jams and plenty of Texas rock ’n’ roll thunder.
Dublin Blues is an album by the American singer-songwriter Guy Clark, released in 1995. Clark promoted the album by touring with son, Travis, as his bass player. It has recently been remastered (2023) and an extra track has been discovered. It will hopefully be released soon.
LeftRightLeftRightLeft is the second live album by British rock band Coldplay. It was released on 15 May 2009 as a free download on their website, with physical copies being distributed in all of the succeeding dates from the Viva la Vida Tour. Before Live 2012 was made available, however, the album was removed from the band's website. On 13 August 2021, nearly twelve years after its initial release, the album was made available on streaming services.

Ivan & Alyosha is an American indie rock band from Seattle, formed in 2007 by Tim Wilson and Ryan Carbary. They were later joined by Pete Wilson and Tim Kim and added Cole Mauro to complete the group. In 2009 the band was recognized nationally by NPR during coverage of SXSW. Ivan & Alyosha's songs are represented by Downtown Music Publishing.

Alan Parsons Live is the first live album by Alan Parsons, recorded in May 1994 during his European tour, and released late that year by Arcade Records in Europe. RCA/BMG added three new studio tracks and changed the cover art when releasing the album in the rest of the world in 1995, renaming it The Very Best Live; stylized on the cover with "The Very Best" in a smaller font between Alan Parsons and Live. Despite the tour promoting Try Anything Once with seven songs from the album in the setlist, the live performances on the album are all songs from his years with The Alan Parsons Project.
Down in Texas '71 is a live album by the Allman Brothers Band. It was recorded on September 28, 1971 at the Austin Municipal Auditorium in Austin, Texas. It was released on March 26, 2021.
