It is the second track on their tenth studio album, All That You Can't Leave Behind (2000), and was released as the album's second single on 29 January 2001. The band's lead vocalist Bono has said the song was inspired by a fictional conversation with his friend Michael Hutchence about suicide. The song peaked at number 52 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and topped the charts in Canada, their native Ireland and Italy, while reaching the top 10 in Australia, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, Spain and the United Kingdom. In 2002, the song won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal at the 44th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony.

It was released on November 3, 1998 by Epic Records, as the third single in the United States, the third in the United Kingdom, and her fourth globally, from her eighth album, Gloria!. The song was written by Estefan, her husband Emilio Estefan, Lawrence Dermer and Roberto Blades and produced by Estefan Jr. and Dermer It became a smash hit on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the U.S., almost peaking at the top of charts for that field. The song also peaked at number 9 in Spain and was a Top 30 hit in the UK. It was first a ballad and then remixed into a dance-ballad. According to Gloria, it celebrates the perfect moment in time. The track was nominated for a Grammy Music Award, but lost to "Believe" by Cher. The Moment is the sixth album by British singer Lisa Stansfield, released by ZTT Records on 27 September 2004. It was her first new studio album since 2001's Face Up. The Moment was entirely produced by Trevor Horn, the acclaimed producer behind Frankie Goes to Hollywood and Seal. It garnered positive reviews from music critics who praised Stansfield's voice and the fact that an established artist like her is still evolving and experimenting. The Moment was released in the United Kingdom and Japan in September 2004 and in Europe in February 2005, and performed moderately on the charts. Two main singles released from the album include "Treat Me Like a Woman" and "If I Hadn't Got You". On 6 April 2015, The Moment was re-released with five bonus tracks, three previously unreleased.

"Brief Moment" is a song by Danish singer and songwriter Oh Land for her fifth studio album, Family Tree (2019). Oh Land wrote the song with her boyfriend Adi Zukanovic and the sole producer, Thomas Bartlett. It was released as the album's second single on 22 February 2019, through Tusk or Tooth Records, and coincided with the announcement of a promotional concert tour for the parent album. The recording process of the song was draining for Oh Land, who requested breaks during sessions to recover emotionally. It is a stripped-down chamber pop song with a piano-led production. Bartlett, Zukanovic, and Hungarian musician Peter Pejtsik all perform piano on the song.
From a Page is a mini-album by the English progressive rock band Yes, released on 25 October 2019 by Yes Records. It contains four previously unreleased tracks originally recorded by the 2008–2011 line-up of the group and intended for release on an album, but ultimately weren't included on Fly from Here. During this time, the lineup included bassist Chris Squire, guitarist Steve Howe, drummer Alan White, singer Benoît David, and keyboardist Oliver Wakeman. Wakeman, who wrote most of the material on From a Page, was inspired to release it following Squire's death in 2015.
