Thomas Rainer Maria Weiland is an electrical engineer at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany. He was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012 [1] for his development of the finite integration technique and impact of the associated software on electromagnetic engineering.
