Tiago André Sá Barros (born 2 April 1988 in Cacia, Aveiro) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for S.C. Olhanense as a midfielder.
Cacia is a civil parish in the municipality of Aveiro. The population in 2011 was 7,354, in an area of 35.75 km².
Aveiro is a city and a municipality in Portugal.
