A Queen's Scout is a Scout who has attained the Queen's Scout Award. The Queen's Scout Award is the highest youth award achievable in the Scouting movement in the Commonwealth realms, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, where Scouts operate under the patronage of Queen Elizabeth II. Whether the award recipient is a Queen's or King's Scout depends on who is the current Monarch of the Commonwealth realms.

It operates personal development programs for children and young adults from 6 to 25 years of age in Australia and Australian territories. Eagle Scout is the highest rank awarded to a Senior Scout in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP). Simon Hang-bock Rhee of South Korea, is the former Chairman of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and Chairman of its Management Subcommittee. He was first elected as a member and Vice-Chairman of the Committee in Seoul, Korea in 2008, and elected as Chairman at the 39th World Scout Conference in Brazil in 2011 for a three-year term.
